IN DETAIL: Sun Whiskey Union is back! Starting at 8:00pm in the Earth Ballroom, guests can enjoy live music and taste top-of-the-line whiskey, scotch, bourbon and rye – as well as a variety of craft cocktails for those who prefer other types of liquor. Whiskey enthusiasts are able to chat with some of the distilleries’ representatives and experts on their style of whiskeys and other libations! Indulge in some mouthwatering barbeque by Backyard Smokers and delectable treats by NoRA Cupcake Company.
Tickets start at $65 during the presale period from February 11-17, 2022. The public on-sale begins Friday, February 18, 2022 at 10:00am, with ticket prices at $70. Tickets are available for purchase through ticketmaster.com and the Mohegan Sun Box Office. Prices are subject to increase the day of the event. A portion of ticket proceeds will go to support the United Way of Southeastern Connecticut. Guests must be 21 years of age of older to attend Sun Whiskey Union. Valid ID and ticket are required upon entry.

Culinary positions offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, housekeeping positions offer a $500 sign-on bonus
UNCASVILLE, CT (May 25, 2021) – Mohegan Sun is set to host three summer hiring events on Wednesday, May 26th, Thursday, June 10th and Thursday, June 24th. Employment opportunities are open in Food & Beverage, Event Support, Security, Marketing, VIP, Accounting, Hotel, Retail and more. Culinary positions offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and housekeeping positions offer a $500 sign-on bonus. Bonuses will be paid out in increments.
The hiring events on Wednesday, May 26th and Thursday, June 10th will take place from 10:00am – 7:00pm in the Earth Ballroom, located in the Earth Expo & Convention Center. A third hiring event will take place from 10:00am – 7:00pm on Thursday, June 24th in The Cabaret Theatre, located in Casino of the Sky.
All three hiring events are open to the public. Interested applicants are asked to create an account on the Mohegan Sun career portal at mohegansun.com/careers prior to attending the hiring event. Walk-ins are also welcome. Best fit applicants will be hired on the spot.

Two-day event offering over 150 local drafts and restaurant offerings takes place October 4th & 5th
UNCASVILLE, CT (July 19, 2019) – Calling all beer lovers! Mohegan Sun’s Sun BrewFest is back with a two-day event featuring some of the best beer, food, and live entertainment in New England. Tickets are on sale now via ticketmaster.com and the Mohegan Sun Box Office. A portion of all ticket sales will go to the Channel 3 Kids Camp. All guests must be 21 or older to attend all events. Valid ID and tickets are required upon entry to all events.
A Taste of New England
At a Taste of New England on Friday, October 4th, guests can sample and sip their way through the Earth Ballroom with some of New England’s best local drafts, restaurant offerings, and live entertainment from 8:00pm – 10:00pm.
Tickets for A Taste of New England are $50.00 and one ticket is valid for admission and all food and beverages.
Sun BrewFest
Saturday, October 5th is the main event. The Earth Expo and Convention Center will be transformed into a brew lover’s paradise where guests can try over 150 beers, including craft brews, microbrews, imports, domestics and ciders, all while enjoying rockin’ live entertainment, fun games, an epic cornhole tournament and delicious signature food from local restaurants. Tickets for Sun Brewfest are $50.00 for the VIP hour and Grand Tasting, and $30.00 for the Grand Tasting only. All food items must be paid for with Mohegan Sun food tickets (worth $1.00 each) that can be purchased at any cashier.
Cornhole Tournament
Teams of two can let the beanbags fly at the cornhole tournament held during Sun BrewFest. First prize winners receive two $100.00 Mohegan Sun gift cards, and second place winners receive two $50.00 Mohegan Sun gift cards. Guests can register in advance by contacting Andre Park at [email protected]. The registration fee is $100.00 and also includes entry for two into the Sun BrewFest VIP tasting.
