February 27th in Mohegan Sun Arena. This exclusive after party will be hosted by some of the members of The Black Eyed Peas where the official BACARDI E.N.D. World Tour cocktail will be featured. This appearance will include a special DJ set. The party starts at 9:00pm, and appearances by some members of The Black Eyed Peas will take place after their show in Mohegan Sun Arena.

Country artist will perform live in the Arena on Friday, May 14th
Alan Jackson will be hitting the road this spring in support of his forthcoming March studio release Freight Train, the veteran country artist’s 16th full-length effort. Jackson will be performing live at Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, May 14th at 7:00pm with special guests Josh Turner and Chris Young.
Tickets are $75.00 and $55.00 and go on sale Friday, February 19th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Freight Train, produced by longtime Jackson collaborator Keith Stegall, is due in stores March 30th. The set features the lead single “It’s Just That Way,” which debuted at #50 on the Billboard Country charts in January.
The singer’s previous album, 2008’s Good Time, produced several hit singles including “Small Town Southern Man,” “Country Boy,” “Sissy’s Song” and the title track. The album marked Jackson’s fourth release to simultaneously debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 and the Top Country Albums chart.
Josh Turner released his latest studio effort, Haywire, earlier this month. The lead-off single, “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” which was released in August, debuted at #57 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. The song went on to reached #1 in February.
Chris Young released his second album, The Man I Want to Be, last September. The set includes the singles “Voices” and “Gettin’ You Home (The Black Dress Song),” the latter of which has reached #1 on the Country charts.

Stand-up comedy live in The Cabaret Theatre on Saturday nights, presented by Treehouse Comedy Productions
Mohegan Sun’s Cabaret Theatre will host some of the biggest names in stand-up this March, beginning on Saturday, March 6th at 9:00pm with Rich Vos, known for his hilarious work on the Opie & Anthony Show.

Rich Vos has done it all in the comedy world. He was a finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, he has starred in two Comedy Central stand-up specials and is a regular guest on such shows as The View, HBO’s Def Comedy Jam and BET’s Comic View. Vos will be joined by special guests Dom Fig and Nore Davis.
On Saturday, March 13th, The Cabaret Theatre will host Jim Florentine and special guests Perry Gardner and Larry DeFelice. Jim Florentine is an Emmy Award-winning comic who is best known as the host of VH1’s That Metal Show. He has also been seen on Comedy Central’s Crank Yankers and Jimmy Kimmel Live.
On Saturday, March 20th, The Cabaret Theatre will host stand-up sensation Richie Byrne and special guests Tina Giorgi and Bob DiBuono. Richie Byrne is a long-time veteran of stage, screen and stand-up. Aside from working comedy venues around the world, Richie has also had television appearances on Comedy Central, VH1, The RosieO’Donnell Show and The Morning Show with Mike & Juliet.
On Saturday, March 27th, The Cabaret Theatre will host headliner Mitchell Walters with special guests Jay Black and RC Smith. Mitchell Walters is one of America’s funniest comedians. He is a regular at all the best comedy clubs in New York and Los Angeles including The Comic Strip and The World Famous Improv. He has been seen on NBC’s The Tonight Show, A&E’s Comedy On The Road, Showtime Comedy Club Network, Rascal’s Comedy Hour and Comedy Central and was one of Sam Kinison’s original “Outlaws of Comedy.”
Treehouse Comedy Productions was born out of the Treehouse Comedy Club, Connecticut’s first and original full-time comedy showcase that began in Westport in 1983. The original club featured then up-and-comers Rosie O’Donnell, Denis Leary and Jon Stewart. With the opening of various satellite venues throughout the state, Treehouse Comedy Productions hosted and helped launch the careers of such noteworthy comics such as Jim Gaffigan and Lisa Lampanelli. Due to overwhelming demand, Grammy award-winning singer Michael Bublé has added a third and final show at
Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, July 4th at 8:00pm. His first two shows, which went on sale this past weekend, sold-out in less than 15 minutes.

Singer/songwriter celebrates his 36th performance at Mohegan Sun by adding his star to the Walk of Fame
Mohegan Sun is pleased to announce that one of Rock music’s most prolific performers, Aaron Lewis, 
has joined the elite list entertainers who have become a part of Mohegan Sun’s Walk of Fame. His induction took place Friday, February 5th in the forecourt of the Mohegan Sun Box Office. Accepting his honor before a very large crowd of excited fans, a grinning Lewis said, “Thank you all so much for coming out here today! I really am honored to join the list of great performers on Mohegan Sun’s Walk of Fame”
As the co-founder and lead singer of Massachusetts-based Alternative Rock band Staind, Lewis is the innovator behind some of the most memorable songs of the past decade, including the #1 single “It’s Been a While,” which spent sixteen weeks on Billboard’s Modern Rock chart.
