WHAT: Popular all-ages event, Family Days, returns to Mohegan Sun for two days of fun-filled activities!

IN DETAIL: Families looking for an exciting way to spend the day can head to Mohegan Sun Arena on Monday, April 14th and Tuesday, April 15th as Family Days, sponsored by Yale New Haven Health, is bringing an abundance of fun, games, and creativity! Attendees can get inspired at craft time and take home their own masterpieces, test their skills and challenge others to some classic and modern arcade games, and get hands-on with sweet treats when they decorate and devour their own cupcakes with Mohegan Sun’s Culinary Team. Additionally, attendees can enjoy interactive Connecticut Sun basketball activities, and a special appearance from their iconic mascot, Blaze! Discounted Arena concessions and free popcorn will be available for guests to enjoy on both days of the event. Some of Mohegan Sun’s event partners include, but are not limited to: Connecticut Sun, Cyber Quest and Kids Quest, Garde Arts Center, Charter Oak, and Captain Seth Sportfishing LLC.
Family Days is a free event and open the public. All ages are welcome to attend, though Mohegan Sun requires persons under the age of 18 to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during Family Days activities.

Exciting activities for students and families April 8th & 9th
WHAT: Students and families are invited to join Mohegan Sun for Family Days during spring vacation! Located in Mohegan Sun Arena, Family Days is a free event that is set to take place on Monday, April 8th and Tuesday, April 9th from Noon – 5:00pm on both days.

IN DETAIL: Students and families can take part in a series of incredible activities including arcade games, arts & crafts, hands-on culinary displays, plus an exclusive Connecticut Sun basketball activity featuring a special appearance from the iconic mascot, Blaze! Additionally, Mohegan Sun will be hosting a K-9 demo and Q&A with Officer Dolan and her dog, Ziva. Family Days is a free event and open to the public. Discounted Arena concessions and free popcorn will be available for guests to indulge in on both days of the event. Charter Oak
Charter Oak will provide guests an opportunity to participate in various activities including cornhole, ring toss, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and a giant coloring board.
Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame
Guests are invited to stop over at the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame booth for special giveaways! ! Additionally, there will be a variety of games, artifacts and step and repeat for guests to take photos.
Kids Quest/Cyber Quest
Kids Quest/Cyber Quest will host an arts and crafts station, various arcade games and a special sensory play area.
Mohegan Sun requires persons under the age of 18 to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during Family Days activities. Unescorted minors will have their parent/legal guardian contacted to pick them up immediately.

Get ready for two days of fun-filled activities for all ages!
UNCASVILLE, CT (March 15, 2023) – Join Mohegan Sun for Family Days during school vacation week! This event will take place at Mohegan Sun Arena on Monday, April 10th and Tuesday, April 11th from 11:00am – 5:30pm on both days. Family Days is open to the public and admission is free for all attendees. Children will enjoy a wide range of free activities from exclusive basketball activities put on by the Connecticut Sun to cupcake decorating with Mohegan Sun’s executive pastry chef, Chef Lynn. Discounted Arena concessions will also be available on both days. Expect a lively line-up of local organizations and fun interactive experiences at this event! Garde Arts Center
The Garde Arts Center will be hosting a face painting activation, a crafty hands-on activity and a visit from a Garde Arts character in costume. More information about coming events will also be available.
New England Science & Sailing Foundation
Bring sailing indoors as you design and engineer your very own land sailor! Harness the power of wind using a sail, a PVC frame and wheels. Test it out and calculate speed as you experiment with different frame designs, sail shapes & sizes and wheel placement. For kids ages three to eight and over!
DFX ENTERTAINMENT
Learn how to juggle, and boost confidence with fun, new TikTok dance moves lead by the DFX Entertainment team!
Guitar Center
Live music performance by music instructors from Guitar Center, along with hands on activities with drums, guitars and more! Play an instrument and learn more about accessing lessons.
