New brunch concept features exclusive food offerings and customizable cocktails every Sunday
UNCASVILLE, CT (February 11, 2021) – Mohegan Sun’s luxury lounge, novelle, is excited to announce an all-new Sunday dining series for brunch lovers everywhere. At Bubbles, Brunch & Beats, guests can dine in luxury with new and delicious food options, sip and experiment with unique cocktail blends and vibe to music provided by a live DJ. Bubbles Brunch & Beats will take place every Sunday starting February 14th from 11:00am – 5:00pm.
In addition to small plate favorites like steak frites, sweet heat chicken & waffles and the lavish charcuterie board, Bubbles Brunch & Beats will feature new menu items like fried lobster mac & cheese, house-made donuts with ice cream, and dry aged sliders with onions, bacon jam, arugula and private stock cheddar, with a side of kettle chips.
Guests will also be able to add their own twist to some staple brunch cocktails. Bloody Marys can be made traditionally, or with a variety of gins or tequilas. Garnishes include shrimp, bacon, cheese, pickles and jalapeños. Mimosas can be made with prosecco and orange juice, or remixed to include peach schnapps, pineapple juice or cranberry juice. Guests looking for a little extra sweetness in their mimosas can also add strawberries, blackberries or blueberries. Any way guests choose to shake things up, Bloody Marys and mimosas will be available by the glass or carafe.

The popular speakeasy style venue reopens as a new luxury lounge concept – featuring live music, a craft cocktail menu, delicious small plates, live table game action and more
UNCASVILLE, CT (October 14, 2020) – novelle, Mohegan Sun’s high-end lounge located in Casino of the Sky, returns this Thursday, October 15th at 1:00pm. The venue reopens with a rebrand, and will now feature live music entertainment every weekend and expanded gaming offerings. Delicious small plates, the perfect craft cocktail menu, world-class private party options, gaming action and more will also be featured in the luxury lounge, novelle. novelle will have full safety precautions implemented upon reopening as well, which includes capacity limits, distancing and plexiglass dividers on table games.
Gaming at novelle will be available 24-7, with unique food and bar service offered Thursday through Monday. The exciting return of novelle also brings a regular lineup of live music, beginning with talented singer and guitarist based out of New London, CT, Tony Marshall at 7:30pm on Friday, October 16th. The 15,000 square-foot novelle is also home to four exceptional private salons surrounding the live music floor, ready to accommodate celebrations and group outings of all types. The dining menu in novelle has also been updated to feature a range of enticing small plate options. UNCASVILLE, CT (April 15, 2019) – The New England Food Truck Festival returns for a fourth year at Mohegan Sun. This festival will feature more than 30 food trucks, live music, entertainment for kids, face painting, field games and so much more. Saturday night ends with an explosive fireworks show at 9:15pm. A truly unique event where you can linger until you have sampled all of the best of what the New England Food Truck Festival has to offer!

Early Access: VIP tickets provide guests with an early access pass into the festival from 11:00am – Noon. In addition to early access, the VIP ticket also includes one draft beer or non-alcoholic beverage of choice and one pre-selected menu item from select vendors.
Admission: $6.00 for one-day tickets purchased in advance, $8.00 for tickets purchased the day of the festival, and $10.00 for two-day tickets. VIP tickets are $35.00 and only available for purchase online. Children under the age of six receive free admission. Tickets can be purchased online through Eventbrite or at the festival entrance.

A new event crowning the best beer and chili in the State on August 22nd
CPTV (Connecticut Public Television) and WNPR (Connecticut Public Radio) have been known for producing programs and special events that celebrate fine wine and rich culinary pursuits – from Eating CT to The Faith Middleton Show’s Food Schmooze to signature event wine dinners. Now the public broadcasting networks are turning their attention to another culinary pursuit: beer and chili!
Many breweries and restaurants have signed on to participate in CPTV and WNPR’s first annual Craft Beer and Chili Challenge event inside Mohegan Sun Arena in on Sunday, August 22nd from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
