UNCASVILLE, CT (March 24, 2026) – Party on the Sun Patio concerts return to Mohegan Sun, bringing 14 electrifying weeks of free outdoor summer concerts to the Sun Patio at Mohegan Sun. Doors open at 6:30pm each Friday, with the party running from 6:30pm – 11:00pm and live music at 8:00pm set to feature touring tribute acts like Queen Flash, Fleetwood Macked and Beatlemania Again. The series is free and open to guests 21+.
Alongside top tribute bands, guests can enjoy drink specials and a rotating lineup of food trucks serving bold, crave-worthy flavors, including Ta’ Deliciozo, Nom Nom Hut, and Meriano’s Bakery & Cannoli Truck. The 2026 series kicks off Friday, June 19th with 70’s Rock Parade an electric 70s tribute band, setting the tone for a high-energy opening night.
Guests can also pick up limited‑edition Party on the Sun Patio merchandise at the Tiki Hut, featuring custom designs available while supplies last.
For guests looking to elevate their night, fire pits will be available beginning June 19th. Reservation bookings will open on Friday, May 1st. Guests can secure their spot by checking out our website. VIP Fire Pits include one alcoholic beverage per person, cocktail service, and prime stage views for $45 per person (6–8 guests). General Fire Pits include one alcoholic beverage per person and cocktail service for $30 per person (6–8 guests).

WHAT: Guests of all ages are invited to celebrate the start of the season at Mohegan Sun’s 3rd Annual Summer Kick-Off!

IN DETAIL: Summer is on the horizon, and Mohegan Sun is celebrating with the 3rd Annual Summer Kick-Off on Saturday, May 24th. This all-ages event is free to attend and offers something for everyone, from flavorful bites by local food trucks like Whey Station, Rubino’s Full Scoop, Chompers and Hungry Lion, to activities like yard games and more. Guests can also get their faces painted, and spin Cyber Quest’s prize wheel for a chance to win. Southeastern CT’s own Wild Nights is ready to keep the crowd dancing into the night with the best Dance, Party, and Rock hits around. Seating by the fire pits will be available on a first-come, first served basis.
The first 50 guests to arrive at the Summer Kick-Off will receive a complimentary ticket to Six Flags (redeemable at any location), courtesy of Coca-Cola, and the first 100 guests (age 21+) to visit the Sun Patio Bar will get one complimentary Tropical Red Bull Margarita, courtesy of Red Bull. Refreshing summertime mocktails will also be available for purchase.
Located in Casino of the Earth, the Sun Patio is a 36,000 square-foot open air space that allows guests to soak in the warm weather at any time – whether they’re visiting for a special event or looking for a sunny place to sit back and relax. IN DETAIL: On Saturday, September 28th, the Sun Patio at Mohegan Sun will transform into an enchanted wonderland for a special Taylor Swift celebration like no other! At Are You Ready For It? A Musical Event, fans of the legendary Pop star will get the chance to sing along to iconic lyrics while an electrifying tribute band graces the main stage.
This premier Taylor Swift tribute band, based in Southeastern Connecticut, is vocally charged with an emphasis on harmony, leading fans on a musical journey of all Taylor’s top hits while capturing her spirit and essence. Using costumes, choreography and some of her signature elements, the tribute band is dedicated to ensuring that each performance is a celebration of the evolution of Taylor Swift’s insurmountable 18-year career. Guests are encouraged to get our their friendship bracelets and join the party!
Delicious bites will be served via food trucks and the Sun Patio Bar is serving up refreshing themed cocktails that will make everyone want to dance! A themed photo prop station will be available for guests to snag a pic with their besties before making their way to the friendship bracelet station.
Are You Ready for It? A Musical Tribute Event is open to guests of all ages, with wristbands provided for guests aged 21 and over. Tickets are on sale now via ticketmaster.com. Seating is available by the fire pits on a first-come, first-served basis.

UNCASVILLE, CT (April 20, 2018) – The New England Food Truck Festival returns for a third year at Mohegan Sun. This festival will feature dozens of food trucks, live music and entertainment for kids, including face painting, field games and more. The festival will also feature a firework show on Saturday starting at 9:30pm. A truly unique event where you can linger until you have sampled all the best of what we have to offer!

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a festival with 30 of New England’s premier food trucks at Mohegan Sun.
When: September 2nd and 3rd, 2017 (Rain or shine)
Where: Mohegan Sun Winter Parking Lot
Gate Hours: Saturday: Noon – 10:00pm
Sunday: Noon – 6:00pm
Early Access: Will be available on Saturday from 11:00am – Noon only (Limited amount of passes will be available and includes sampling opportunities for guests from a select number of food trucks)
Admission (6 and older): $5.00 at the gate
Youth Admission (Under 6): Free
