UNCASVILLE, CT (January 8, 2024) ––Legendary artist Tony Orlando will grace the award-winning 10,000 Mohegan Sun Arena for his last performance on Friday, March 22nd at 7:30pm. Tony Orlando has played for millions of fans over the course of his illustrious 60-year career, and this final performance will be his 65th at Mohegan Sun over the course of 23 years.
Tickets go on sale Friday, January 12th at 10:00am via Ticketmaster.com. Subject to availability, tickets can also be purchased at the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting on Saturday, January 13th.
“We are honored that after such an historic entertainment and humanitarian career, Tony Orlando has chosen Mohegan Sun to host his final live performance,” said Tom Cantone, President of Sports & Entertainment for Mohegan. “It’s now time for us to give him a standing ovation for entertaining over 100,000 fans at Mohegan Sun over the years, something that only Billy Joel has done, as he will be forever part of Mohegan’s entertainment family.”

Tony Orlando is a Grammy-nominated artist, with 15 Top 40 hits, two platinum albums, three gold albums, and millions of copies sold. The 1973 #1 Billboard song “Tie A Yellow Ribbon” went on to become the theme song for Orlando and an anthem for hope, reunion, and rejuvenation in America. Orlando is a recipient of two American Music Awards and one People’s Choice Awards for “Best Male Entertainer”. He is the 2016 recipient of the Casino Entertainer of the Year award, and the Bob Hope Award for excellence in entertainment from the Congressional Medal of Honor Society honoring his efforts on behalf of our nation’s veterans. In 1990, Tony was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame to commemorate his outstanding achievements in the entertainment industry. He was also inducted into Mohegan Sun’s Walk of Fame in 2010.
Prior to Tony Orlando’s final show at Mohegan Sun Arena, three performances will take place at Mohegan Sun’s sister properties. These include back-to-back shows at Fallsview Casino Resort on February 27th & 28th, and a show at Resorts Casino Hotel on Saturday, March 16th.

UNCASVILLE, CT (December 12, 2023) –– Multi-Grammy Award-winning and diamond-selling Rap superstar, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, Nelly, will take over the Mohegan Sun Arena stage on Wednesday, March 20th for an 8:00pm show.

Nelly embarked on his music career with Midwest hip hop group St. Lunatics, in 1993 and signed to Universal Records in 1999. Nelly entered the spotlight with the release of Country Grammar in 2000, spending seven weeks at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and spawning the massive hits “Ride Wit Me”, “Country Grammar”, and “E.I.”. The album landed Nelly four Grammy Award nominations and sold over nine million copies worldwide. Country Grammar is Nelly’s best-selling album to date, selling over 8.4 million copies in the United States.
Nelly kept the momentum going with the 2002 release of Nellyville. The album debuted at #1 on top of scoring Nelly his first two Grammy Awards for “Hot in Here” – “Best Male Rap Solo Performance” – and “Dilemma” [feat. Kelly Rowland] – “Best Rap Song Collaboration”. Machine Gun Kelly is a Grammy-nominated artist who is an atomic force in music, entertainment, film and fashion. In 2020, the Cleveland, Ohio native eclipsed genre expectations releasing a Rock/Pop Punk album, the widely acclaimed Tickets to My Downfall. The platinum album topped the Billboard 200 and became his first No. 1 effort. Maluma is one of the leading voices in Latin music and a bona fide global youth idol. Born Juan Luis Londoño in Medellin, Colombia, he formulated his artistic moniker Maluma from the first two letters of the names of his mother, father and sister.
The 2018 Latin GRAMMY award winner for “Best Contemporary Pop Vocal Album” (for F.A.M.E.) is one of social media’s most popular artists with over 25 million Facebook fans, 8 million Twitter followers, and a whopping 63 million Instagram followers, making him the leading Latin male artist on Instagram and the first and only one to surpass 50 million followers.
