Stand-up Phenomenon Jeff Dunham Brings His 2013 “Disorderly Conduct” Worldwide Tour To Mohegan Sun Arena

UNCASVILLE, CT (February 25, 2013) – In November of 2012, Jeff Dunham kicked off his all new “Disorderly Conduct” worldwide tour and on July 13th he returns to Mohegan Sun Arena. The tour offers his global fan base a brand-new show packed with more laughs than ever before. Dunham’s famed troupe of sidekicks are back: Walter the Grumpy Retiree, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, the beer-fueled redneck Bubba J, the manic purple creature Peanut, the spicy pepper from south of the border José Jalapeño, and Peanut’s own ventriloquist dummy Little Jeff, a mini-version of the ringmaster himself.

Dunham and his comedic sidekicks new Comedy Central one hour special entitled Minding the Monsters, aired on October 7th with a DVD released shortly after.  The new show is the fifth in a string of record breaking specials.  Minding the Monsters takes its audience into the ultimate haunted house where you can see Walter transform into something grumpier than he already is, watch Bubba J rise from the dead, meet Peanut’s alter ego, The Purple Avenger of the Night, and his spicy sidekick, and witness Achmed literally dressed to kill in an outfit that would terrify the most terrifying terrorist!

One of the most successful comedians in the world today, Jeff Dunham, returns to Mohegan Sun Arena in support of his latest stand-up special Controlled Chaos on Saturday, May 26th at 8:00pm.

His limited-series commitment, The Jeff Dunham Show, premiered as the highest rated series in Comedy Central history with 5.3 million viewers in its initial airing.  The DVD was released in May of 2010 and sold more than 100,000 units within the first four weeks.
In late 2010, Dunham released his autobiography, All By My Selves: Walter, Peanut, Achmed and Me, which immediately landed on the New York Times best-seller list.  Dunham’s personal story is often interrupted by his characters who are quick to dispute Dunham’s recollection of their history together.   
Dunham has also made many cameo appearances across television and film, from the Emmy-winning comedy series 30 Rock, to the Jay Roach-directed comedy Dinner For Schmucks, starring Steve Carell and Paul Rudd.
