UNCASVILLE, CT (November 7, 2024) – Those looking to skip the cooking this Thanksgiving can do so in style at Mohegan Sun as TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge, Todd English’s Tuscany, and The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House will feature savory Thanksgiving specials on Thursday, November 28th! Additionally, Michael Jordan’s Steak House, MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill, Sol Toro, Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana are also offering Thanksgiving Specials, and at The Shops at Mohegan Sun, Portal and Chocolux roll out deals for the Holiday season.
TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge will be offering special Roasted Duck Dumplings with Szechuan garlic gravy, spiced fig, and plum chutney for $25.
Those looking for a full three course meal can head over to Todd English’s Tuscany where they’ll be offering a special prix fixe menu for $50. For the first course, guests can enjoy a Wood-roasted Pear and Gorgonzola Salad made with candied walnut, pomegranate reduction, arugula, and balsamic vinaigrette. The main course will consist of Sage-brined Turkey served with potato stuffing, roasted root vegetables, sweet potato with pecan crumble, bacon Dijon Brussels peddles, grappa cranberry sauce, and sage turkey gravy. For the third and final course, guests can indulge in Pecan Bread Pudding with vanilla gelato.
The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House will be offering special Turkey Sliders for $15, a Roast Turkey Dinner for $32, and a specialty dessert for $12. The Turkey Sliders are made up of turkey breast, cheddar cheese, and a horseradish cranberry sauce on a brioche bun. The Roast Turkey Dinner will feature house roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, sauteed peas, green beans, and cauliflower served with apple stuffing.
Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana’s brand-new fall special Quattro Formaggio, which is available now for a limited time, features crushed Italian tomatoes, mozzarella, Asiago, ricotta, and Pecorino Romano cheese with olive oil atop their famous dough.

BALLO Italian Restaurant is also kicking off the holiday a little early with dining specials that run from Friday, February 9th through Thursday, February 15th. Specials include Frutti di Mare, made of house-cured salmon, braised octopus, Sicilian blood orange and Calabrian chili for $22, and a special Surf & Turf made with an 8-oz. filet mignon, burro bianco poached lobster and roasted asparagus for $72. For dessert, guests can enjoy strawberry & white chocolate cannoli for $12.
Over at Todd English’s Tuscany, guests can enjoy an Arugula Avocado Salad for $16, made with baby arugula, sliced avocado, halved grape heirloom tomatoes, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and topped with a refreshing lemon vinaigrette. Specials also include Lobster Ravioli with black truffle cream, fried shallots and chives for $40, and Steak Frites, complete with a 10-oz. hanger steak, skin-on fries and hollandaise for $45.
Those looking for a lavish dining experience can look no further than Michael Jordan’s Steak House. Roasted Oysters with Parmesan breadcrumbs, black garlic truffle butter and pickled beets are available for $22, and the main course is Chateaubriand for Two, featuring 30-day butter-aged 22-oz. filet mignon paired with a truffled pomme puree and mushroom bordelaise for $130. Toast to the night with Vollereaux Brut champagne for two for $25.
Next door at MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill, guests can enjoy a classic surf & turf, complete with a 7-oz. filet mignon, a 6-oz. lobster tail, sweet mashed potatoes, green beans and a red wine sauce for $65. Dessert is a rich chocolate lava cake served with chocolate ice cream and caramelized raspberries for $15. Seal the meal with Cupid’s Kiss, a special Valentine’s Day cocktail made with Van Gogh vanilla vodka, strawberry purée, Mozart chocolate strawberry liqueur and a graham cracker rim for $16.
Sol Toro is also offering their delicious version of Surf & Turf, complete with a 10-oz. New York strip steak, shrimp enchilada and chipotle cream for $55. For dessert, guests can devour the Banana Chocolate Cake, an upside-down banana cake, topped with vanilla ice cream and bourbon caramel for $13. The Valentine’s Day cocktail at Sol Toro is the Apasionado del Corazón, made with Corazón Blanco, Passoã (passionfruit liquor), fresh lime juice and agave for $16.
Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House is serving up their special Marry Me Chicken – sautéed chicken in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce with spinach, bell peppers, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil over a bed of spaghetti for $26. Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House’s version of Surf & Turf includes a 14-oz. New York strip steak topped with chimichurri sauce, a 6-oz. lobster tail, roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts for $70. Dessert is Fried Ice Cream consisting of deep-fried ice cream coated in Corn Flakes, topped with strawberry compote, chocolate rings and whipped cream for $12.
A prix fixe dinner for two at Jasper White’s Summer Shack is $100 and starts with the choice of a shareable appetizer. Options include Cocktail Shrimp, Mussels with white wine, garlic and herbs, Rhode Island Style Calamari served with cherry peppers and garlic butter, or Sesame Crusted Tuna served with daikon radish and bang bang sauce. Next up is a choice of either a mixed green salad with house vinaigrette or a cup of chowder. For the entrée, options include Shack Baked Stuffed Shrimp served with lobster sauce and white rice, Grilled Tenderloin Steak Tip Frites topped with garlic butter and served with fries, Grilled Salmon with a side of roasted herb potatoes, grilled asparagus and beurre blanc, and Herb Roasted Chicken with mashed potatoes, broccoli and gravy. Shareable dessert is either a chocolate brownie sundae or cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries. The price of dinner for two at Jasper White’s Summer Shack does not include gratuity or tax.
The Valentine’s Day special at Sushi Koya is $60 and includes Edamame, the Salmon Lover (or Tuna Lover), a Traditional Maki Roll (excluding Rainbow, Dragon and Soft-Shell Crab), two Dinosaur Eggs and four pieces of Sashimi (Chef’s Choice). Guests can add a carafe of house sake for $6. The Valentine’s Day special at Sushi Koya is dine-in only, and the price does not include gratuity or tax.

Mohegan Sun also set to offer Black Friday and Cyber Monday Hotel Flash Sales
UNCASVILLE, CT (November 3, 2023) – It’s that time of the year again; Thanksgiving arrives on Thursday, November 23rd and so do the mouthwatering dining specials at Mohegan Sun. Guests can enjoy a special meal on Thanksgiving at Michael Jordan’s Steak House, TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge, Todd English’s Tuscany and more. Additionally, Mohegan Sun will be offering Black Friday and Cyber Monday Hotel Flash Sales where guests can secure up to 50% off their stay!
TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge will be open from Noon – 7:00pm and will feature Roasted Duck Dumplings made with Szechuan garlic gravy, spiced fig and plum chutney for $25.
Over at Todd English’s Tuscany, guests can enjoy a special Thanksgiving prix fixe menu for $50. For the first course, guests will enjoy wood-roasted pear and gorgonzola salad, candied walnuts, pomegranate reduction, arugula and balsamic vinaigrette. From 4:00pm – 9:00pm on Thanksgiving Day and Noon – 9:00pm on Sunday, November 26th, BALLO Italian Restaurant will feature a Beef Tartare appetizer for $24 which consists of hand-cut filet mignon, lemon, garlic, fresh-shaved black truffle and Parmesan-Reggiano crisp. Baked Clams Oreganata ($18) will also be offered as an appetizer and is made with Littleneck clams, lemon, garlic, oregano herb butter and toasted breadcrumbs. For an entrée, guests can enjoy Pappardelle and Confit Duck Ragu served with cremini mushrooms, roasted garlic and gorgonzola brûlée figs for $45.
Michael Jordan’s Steak House is set to be open from 3:00pm – 8:00pm and will offer a special three-course meal for guests to indulge in. Squash Empanadas, consisting of Kabocha squash, goat cheese and cilantro-mint sauce, will be the featured appetizer for $15. For the main course, guests can enjoy a Classic Turkey Dinner for $34 which includes slow-roasted turkey, haricot verts, stuffing, gravy, red bliss mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. For dessert, Apple Crisp will be served with maple bourbon ice cream for $14. Right next door, MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill will be open from Noon to 8:00pm and will also feature the Classic Turkey Dinner for $34. Before the turkey dinner, guests can enjoy Cauliflower Cheddar Soup served with aged cheddar croutons for $12. To finish off a great meal, MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill will offer Pumpkin Chocolate Pie for $14 which is made with milk chocolate ganache and cocoa crust.

The Patata Rustica combines the rich flavors of whole-milk mozzarella cheese, seasoned potatoes, savory bacon, asiago cheese, a sprinkle of grated Pecorino Romano and a drizzle of olive oil, all on Frank Pepe’s iconic dough.
From Friday, November 24th through Monday, November 27th, Mohegan Sun will roll out the Black Friday Hotel Flash Sale, which will give guests an opportunity to receive 25% off a one-night stay or 40% off a two-night stay, redeemable through Wednesday, January 31st. Mother’s Day Brunch and all dining specials are offered on Sunday, May 14th unless otherwise specified.
Mohegan Sun’s Mother Day Brunch will be offering two types of brunch options to celebrate Mom this year. The first option is The Premium Brunch, which features an exclusive chef selected breakfast and lunch buffet that highlights delectable flavors from the land and sea, as well as a selection of specialty sweet treats for Mother’s Day dessert and a complimentary Mimosa, Bellini, and Bloody Mary bar. The Classic Brunch will feature a complimentary Mimosa, Bellini, and Bloody Mary bar along with popular breakfast comfort foods and hearty lunch favorites that will delight your taste buds in a buffet with a selection of special Mother’s Day desserts. Give Mom the gift of some quality family time filled with delicious food, indulgent desserts, classic cocktails and live music! Tickets are $75 for the Premium Brunch and $55 for the Classic Brunch. Dinner at BALLO Italian Restaurant starts with slow-roasted tomatoes, grilled peaches, mozzarella and 12-year aged balsamic for $17. The first of two main course options is a Homemade Wild Mushroom Ravioli made with mascarpone, shaved asparagus, brown butter and sage for $28. The second option is a Surf and Turf consisting of an 8-ounce filet mignon, 4-ounce prosciutto wrapped scallops, watercress and radish salad for $70. Desert is a strawberry tart made with mascarpone, white chocolate and strawberry coulis for $12.
Sushi Koya will be offering a Pink Lady Roll for $20, House Sake for $5 and a Koya Cocktail for $10. This special is dine-in only and may not be combined with other discounts. Tax & gratuity is not included.

Hash House A Go Go is serving up a meal that features a Crab Cake Benedict consisting of house-made griddled crab cake on top of a bed of mashed potatoes, split biscuits, sliced tomatoes, and fresh spinach topped with over easy eggs and spicy chili cream for $30.99. Guests looking for a sweeter option can try the Raspberry White Chocolate Chip Pancake, which is a buttermilk pancake topped with raspberries and white chocolate chips, topped with more white chocolate chips and whipped cream for $13.49.
Jasper White’s Summer Shack will be offering a dine-in only, prix fixe menu for $45 per person. Guests can choose one item from each category. The appetizer options are a choice of Cocktail Shrimp (3), a Cup of Creamy Clam Chowder or a Mixed Greens Salad with house vinaigrette. The first entrée option is a Shack Style Baked Haddock made with tomato fondue and garlic crumbs, with jasmine rice and broccoli. The next option is a Grilled Lobster Tail featured with beurre blanc, roasted potatoes and daily vegetable. The last entrée choice is Tenderloin Steak Tips made with garlic butter and served with mashed potatoes and roasted mushrooms. For dessert, guests will be able to choose one of Jasper White Summer Shack’s house-made creations. Guests can also enjoy a glass of bubbles for $8 per glass.
