Stand-up show penciled in for Saturday, April 12th, Tickets on sale Friday.
Mohegan Sun is thrilled to host the highest selling comedy-recording artist in history as comedy great Jeff Foxworthy is scheduled for Saturday, April 12th show. The multiple Grammy-Award nominee and author of numerous books, is set for an 8:00pm show inside Mohegan Sun Arena.
Tickets are $45.00 and go on sale Friday, February 28th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Jeff Foxworthy is one of the most respected and successful comedians in the country. He is the largest selling comedy-recording artist in history, a multiple Grammy Award nominee and best-selling author of more than 26 books. Widely known for his redneck jokes, his act goes well beyond that to explore the humor in everyday family interactions and human nature, a style that has been compared to Mark Twain’s. Foxworthy is hosting the third season of The American Bible Challenge for GSN. The show premiered in 2012 with record setting ratings for the network. Foxworthy’s animated series Bounty Hunters, premiered on CMT this past year. Last summer, he also hosted the reality series The American Baking Competition for CBS Television Network and narrated the Lifetime reality show The Week the Women Left .

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have announced 15 new tour dates in the US starting
with April 8th in Cincinnati, OH and will close out the tour with back-to-back concerts at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th. Both shows begin at 7:30pm. The dates come on the heels of concerts in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band made their 2014 live debut on January 26th in South Africa with “a sweat-drenched Rock ‘n Roll spectacle” (Mail & Guardian). They’re currently earning similar raves on the road in Australia – where parts of Springsteen’s new album High Hopes were recorded – including a 5-star live review from the Sydney Morning Herald, who said, “If you only see two shows this year, see this one. Twice. (And then see it again.)”
Springsteen’s latest studio album, High Hopes (Columbia Records), debuted at #1 in 20 countries last month.

Rob Thomas is one of the most distinctive vocalist and accomplished songwriters in contemporary music, garnering a string of accolades – both for his work as lead singer and primary composer with Matchbox Twenty as well as for his solo work and collaborations with other artists.
