Tickets are $39.00 and go on sale Friday, November 13th through Ticketmaster at 10:00am. Meet New England’s own boxing great, Micky Ward, on Saturday, November 14th in Bow & Arrow Sports Bar as he takes part in a free Signings & Sightings event. The junior welterweight, whom the movie The Fighter was based, will be signing autographs for fans beginning at 9:00pm.
ABOUT MICKY:
Micky captured both the WBU Intercontinental Light Welterweight title and the WBU Light Welterweight title during his career in boxing. He also won the respect and admiration of many fans worldwide. The song “The Warrior’s Code” by the Punk Rock band Dropkick Murphys is dedicated to Micky Ward and his photograph appears on the cover of the album. Ward’s trilogy with Arturo Gatti, the first of which took place at Mohegan Sun Arena, would become the cover of the video game Fight Night Round 3, on both the PlayStation 2 and XBOX versions of the game. To top it all off, the movie The Fighter starring Mark Wahlberg as Micky Ward and Christian Bale as Dicky Eklund recounts Ward’s climb to fame. Ward is managed by the Prince Marketing Group.

UNCASVILLE, CT (October 28, 2015) – This Veterans Day, to honor those who have protected our country, Mohegan Sun offers a hiring fair, a concert, discounts and deals for both active and retired military members.

Vets Rock Hiring Fair
Join us for a special hiring event for service members, veterans, and military spouses at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville. This event is being held in conjunction with VETS ROCK!, hosted by Til Duty is Done, and features a hiring fair, employment workshops, and networking opportunities. The Rocky Horror Picture Show
On Saturday, October 31st, the Teseracte Players return to Mohegan Sun for a spooktacular screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Watch the characters come to life inside The Cabaret Theatre at 11:30pm. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission is free; all guests attending must be 21 years or older.
AVALON Saints & Sinners Party
It’s good versus evil at AVALON during the Saints & Sinners Party on Halloween night. Find you inner angel or don those devil horns; best dressed Sinner and best dressed Saint each take home a ghoulish grand prize. DJ St. Clair drops the hottest Halloween beats for what is sure to be the Halloween party you won’t want to miss.
