Halloween festivities to kick off Saturday, October 14th
UNCASVILLE, CT (October 10, 2023) – Guests are invited to join Mohegan Sun this October for a whole roundup of spooky events and specials. Halloween gets an early start at Mohegan Sun this year when The Lalas Halloween Burlesque Show hits The Cabaret Theatre on Saturday, October 14th for an equally hilarious and sexy show. On Saturday, October 28th, guests looking to satisfy their curiosity in demonology, ghosts, UFOs, monsters, urban legends, cryptozoology and more can head over to The Warren’s Seekers of the Supernatural Phantasma-Con in the Earth Expo & Convention Center. Also on October 28th, MoheganSunCasino.com is set to roll out the Play to Win: High-Stakes Halloween Game Show in The Cabaret Theatre, where guests will have an opportunity to win up to $5,000 cash! From Friday October 27th – Saturday, October 28th, the Earth Expo & Convention Center will be transformed into a land of paranormal, supernatural and horror aspects. On Friday, October 27th, The Warren’s Seekers of the Supernatural Phantasma-Con – VIP Party takes place from 7:00pm – 11:00pm and will feature the only opportunity to take photos of the haunted artifacts all weekend. A VIP ticket includes admittance to David Merlin – The Paranormalist show at 7:00pm in the Earth Ballroom, admittance to the VIP Party immediately following Merlin’s show, two (2) ticket vouchers for soft drinks and more! The Warren’s Seekers of the Supernatural Phantasma-Con takes place on Saturday, October 28th from 10:00am – 8:00pm and is set to bring the world-famous Warren’s Occult Museum where guests will be able to view, in person, the Shadow Doll, the Haunted Dinosaur Toy and the real Annabelle! Ahead of his already sold-out show at Carnegie Hall, Joey McIntyre will be performing live at Mohegan Sun. Joey McIntyre Live in Concert will take place at The Cabaret Theatre at 8:00pm on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.
Tickets are $149, $99, and $59 and go on sale Thursday, December 8th at 10:00am via ticketmaster.com. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning Friday, December 9th, subject to availability.
Best known as the youngest member of New Kids on the Block, Joey McIntyre has also enjoyed success as a solo artist, starting with his debut album Stay the Same, which is certified Gold and delivered a top ten single penned by Joey himself. He has worked extensively as an actor in film and television and has a long history in the theatre, including his Broadway debut in Wicked, and most recently in Broadway’s Waitress.
Through it all, McIntyre has bore a passion to write and record music. Since their reunion in 2008, NKOTB have released three top ten albums on the Billboard 200. On those albums, McIntyre has co-written more than half a dozen songs including “Still Sounds Good” and the Blockhead anthem “Block Party.”

Culinary positions offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, housekeeping positions offer a $500 sign-on bonus
UNCASVILLE, CT (May 25, 2021) – Mohegan Sun is set to host three summer hiring events on Wednesday, May 26th, Thursday, June 10th and Thursday, June 24th. Employment opportunities are open in Food & Beverage, Event Support, Security, Marketing, VIP, Accounting, Hotel, Retail and more. Culinary positions offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and housekeeping positions offer a $500 sign-on bonus. Bonuses will be paid out in increments.
The hiring events on Wednesday, May 26th and Thursday, June 10th will take place from 10:00am – 7:00pm in the Earth Ballroom, located in the Earth Expo & Convention Center. A third hiring event will take place from 10:00am – 7:00pm on Thursday, June 24th in The Cabaret Theatre, located in Casino of the Sky.
All three hiring events are open to the public. Interested applicants are asked to create an account on the Mohegan Sun career portal at mohegansun.com/careers prior to attending the hiring event. Walk-ins are also welcome. Best fit applicants will be hired on the spot.

Nightlife costume parties, live entertainment, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and more start Friday, October 25th

The Halloween edition of Famous Fridays at Mohegan Sun’s newest ultra-lounge goes down Friday, October 25th and includes an open costume contest with over $1000 in prizes ready to be dished out. Popular DJ Vito G. will also be in the building to help get the party started. The Story Saturdays open costume contest on October 26th offers $2,500 in prizes with music by DJ Mark Anthony. And finally, Industry Thursdays takes over Halloween night, with $5,000 in prizes given out to the winners of the open costume contest and music by Chase B.

The Cabaret Theatre celebrates Halloween night with a viewing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on Thursday, October 31st at 8:00pm. Guests can enjoy the Halloween classic with a shadow cast of the film by the Teseracte Players of Boston. Admission is free and participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is 18+ unless accompanied by an adult. A cash bar is available inside The Cabaret Theatre from 7:30pm – 10:00pm.
Connecticut native Tim Cote is set to bring Country charm to the Wolf Den with a free show on Thursday, October 31st at 8:00pm. Guests are encouraged to come early, as seating is limited. All guests must be 21 or older to enter the Wolf Den.
Comix Roadhouse keeps the laughs coming with a special Halloween edition of PAT OATES’ HAND PICKED POTATOES on Thursday, October 31st at 10:00pm. Pat was the winner of Comix Roadhouse’s 2015 Last Comix Standing contest, is a writer for Laugh Staff and hosts the Pat Oats is Sad podcast.
