The various restaurants at Mohegan Sun are offering specials the whole family will want to indulge in, along with shopping specials on Thursday, November 28th. Traditional turkey dinners will be available at Michael Jordan’s Steak House, Todd English’s Tuscany, Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain and more. After dining, spend time with the family playing a game of bowling at GAME ON, let the kids enjoy arcade games at Kids Quest/Cyber Quest or get your holiday shopping started with specials you won’t want to miss!
A special three-course meal at Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain is $45.00 and starts with a heartland chopped salad. The main course is maple-glazed roasted turkey with cornbread, wild mushroom stuffing, cranberry-fig chutney, sage gravy and creamed kale. And for dessert, a spiced apple caramel crêpe with caramel filling and brown sugar streusel. Guests can pair the meal with a 6 oz. glass of Beaujolais Nouveau Domaine Dupeuble 2018 for $9.00, or enjoy the bottle for $36.00. Enjoy a three course meal at Todd English’s Tuscany for $40.00. First course is wood-roasted pear and gorgonzola salad, topped with candied walnuts, arugula, a pomegranate reduction and balsamic vinaigrette. The main course is sage-brined natural turkey with sausage potato stuffing, roasted root vegetables, sweet potatoes with pecan crumble, bacon Dijon Brussels petals, Grappa cranberry sauce and giblet gravy. Lunch at Seasons Buffet features carved slow roasted turkey, honey mustard glazed ham and a slow roasted steamship of beef. Showcased dinner items include carved slow roasted turkey, shallot crusted roast Prime rib and honey glazed ham. Mohegan Sun’s newest addition, GAME ON is has a Thanksgiving spread that includes thick sliced turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, house-made cornbread stuffing, fire roasted corn and cranberry sauce for $25.00. This meal also includes a $10.00 game card!
Michael Jordan’s Steak House is serving up a traditional turkey dinner that includes sous vide turkey breast with brioche dressing, Yukon Gold mashed, haricot vert and cranberry gastrique for $28.00. Thanksgiving dinner hours at Michael Jordan’s Steak House are from 3:00pm – 9:00pm.
Guests who dine with Michael Jordan’s 23.sportcafe can enjoy a Thanksgiving club made with pulled turkey, Nueske’s bacon, house dressing and cranberry aioli for $18.00. Thanksgiving hours are from 11:00am – 11:00pm.
The Lansdowne Irish Pub and Music House’s classic Thanksgiving turkey dinner includes house brined and slow roasted turkey breast served with gravy, mashed potatoes, sage stuffing, a roasted root vegetable blend and cranberry sauce for $20.00. Tickets to the decadent three-day weekend are on sale now!
UNCASVILLE, CT (November 4, 2019) – The 17th Annual Sun Wine & Food Fest presented by MSC Cruises – the world’s fastest-growing cruise line, offering an enriching cruise experience inspired by European heritage – is back at Mohegan Sun! Starting Friday, January 24th, wine connoisseurs and foodies alike can sip and sample their way through endless vintages and signature dishes, all while welcoming the return of notable showcases like the Bourbon Tasting, the Grand Tasting, Celebrity Chef Dine Around and more. New to Sun Wine & Food Fest this year, 40 guests can enjoy an exclusive wine tasting hosted by 19 Crimes in Clay Pipe Cigar Bar, with an appearance by celebrity chef and restaurateur, Rocco Dispirito. Select your favorite varietal and enjoy with a pairing from General Cigar.
The Cigar and Wine Pairing presented by 19 Crimes is from 10:00pm – 11:00pm on Friday, January 24th. Tickets are $50.00 in advance and $55.00 the day of the event. One ticket includes tasting, a full pour of wine and a cigar.
Grand Tasting Preview
Guests can get a sneak peek into one of Sun Wine & Food Fest’s signature showcases, the Grand Tasting. This preview takes place in the Earth Expo Center, and guests can taste a variety of wine, beer and spirits while pairing their favorites with delicious dishes from some of the region’s highly-rated restaurants. With a glimpse at how celebrity chefs show off their culinary skills, the Grand Tasting Preview is your chance to experience an exclusive preview of the main event.
The Grand Tasting Preview is from 7:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday, January 24th. Tickets are $45.00 for regular admission and $20.00 for designated drivers.
Grand Tasting
At the Grand Tasting in the Earth Expo Center, guests can sample over 1,000 varieties of wine, beer and spirits! Foodies can also purchase signature dishes from some of the region’s highly-rated restaurants and the main culinary stage features a day full of celebrity chef demos, presented by Gotham Steel Stack Master.

A 10,000 square-foot, 300-seat Pan-Asian restaurant to open at Mohegan Sun in 2020
UNCASVILLE, CT (October 22, 2019) – Mohegan Sun, one of the world’s leading integrated entertainment resort destinations, and Tao Group Hospitality today announced that TAO Restaurant will open inside Mohegan Sun’s flagship Connecticut property in 2020. The renowned dining experience at TAO Restaurant will be a welcomed addition to the food and beverage offerings at Mohegan Sun, and will be located off of Sky Tower’s beautiful hotel lobby.

Tao Group Hospitality founders Rich Wolf, Marc Packer, Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss have nurtured the TAO brand through openings in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Chicago since 2000. The Halloween edition of Famous Fridays at Mohegan Sun’s newest ultra-lounge goes down Friday, October 25th and includes an open costume contest with over $1000 in prizes ready to be dished out. Two-day event offering over 150 local drafts and restaurant offerings takes place October 4th & 5th
UNCASVILLE, CT (July 19, 2019) – Calling all beer lovers! Mohegan Sun’s Sun BrewFest is back with a two-day event featuring some of the best beer, food, and live entertainment in New England. Tickets are on sale now via ticketmaster.com and the Mohegan Sun Box Office. A portion of all ticket sales will go to the Channel 3 Kids Camp. All guests must be 21 or older to attend all events. Valid ID and tickets are required upon entry to all events.
A Taste of New England
At a Taste of New England on Friday, October 4th, guests can sample and sip their way through the Earth Ballroom with some of New England’s best local drafts, restaurant offerings, and live entertainment from 8:00pm – 10:00pm.
Tickets for A Taste of New England are $50.00 and one ticket is valid for admission and all food and beverages.
Sun BrewFest
Saturday, October 5th is the main event. The Earth Expo and Convention Center will be transformed into a brew lover’s paradise where guests can try over 150 beers, including craft brews, microbrews, imports, domestics and ciders, all while enjoying rockin’ live entertainment, fun games, an epic cornhole tournament and delicious signature food from local restaurants. Cornhole Tournament
Teams of two can let the beanbags fly at the cornhole tournament held during Sun BrewFest. First prize winners receive two $100.00 Mohegan Sun gift cards, and second place winners receive two $50.00 Mohegan Sun gift cards. WHAT: Mohegan Sun is kicking off the New London Pride Festival Weekend with An Evening With Aquaria, Asia & Violet from RuPaul’s Drag Race. This event features crowd-pleasing, interactive performances by some of the best divas in drag.

IN DETAIL: Guests can lip sync for their lives at An Evening With Aquaria, Asia, & Violet from RuPaul’s Drag Race. Aquaria, Asia O’Hara and Violet Chachki are set to slay the Uncas Ballroom on Friday, August 23rd. Doors open at 8:00pm and the show starts at 9:00pm. Tickets are $25.00 and on sale now through ticketmaster.com and the Mohegan Sun Box Office. A cash bar is available inside the venue. Guests must be 21+ to attend the event.
