Valentine’s Day weekend at Todd English’s Tuscany also includes a Sunday Brunch that features special menu items created by Sun Wine & Food Fest’s Brunch Battle Co-Champions. Chef Dan Monroe’s Schnitzel Benedict with Gochujang Hollandaise and Chef Ceil Vardar’s Bennies and Hash from Heaven will be added to the champagne brunch menu available every Sunday from 10:00am – 2:00pm for a limited time. This elegant brunch also includes a complimentary glass of champagne or mimosa, hot and cold food stations including a traditional New England raw bar, omelets and eggs made to order, fresh fruit, antipasto and more. The Valentine’s Day menu at novelle is available from Thursday, February 13th through Saturday, February 15th and features a half-dozen roasted Blue Point oysters for $16.00, Parisian gnocchi for $30.00 and shellfish-crusted filet mignon for $52.00. These specials also include a complimentary chef-made dessert.
Valentine’s Day specials at BALLO Italian Restaurant include BALLO antipasto for $17.00, BALLO’s famous flaming mac & cheese wheel (prepared tableside) for $25.00, homemade heart-shaped lobster ravioli for $38.00 and a 24 oz. ribeye with crispy potatoes, arugula, radicchio and Parmigiana for $70.00. Guests can enjoy options of Maraschino cherries and dark chocolate cannolis for dessert.
At Hash House A Go Go, special items are a red velvet chocolate chip pancake with cream cheese icing and whipped cream for $9.99 or NY strip steak with a grilled shrimp skewer, bacon cheddar mash and house veggies for $34.99. The featured dessert is salted caramel cheesecake served on a graham cracker crust and topped with whipped cream for $9.99.
Dinner for two at Jasper White’s Summer Shack is $90.00 and includes:

UNCASVILLE, CT (January 16, 2020) – Mohegan Sun’s 17th Annual Sun Wine & Food Fest takes place Friday, January 24th – Sunday, January 26th, and a variety of celebrities are joining in on the fun with appearances at the Bourbon Tasting, Grand Tasting, Celebrity Chef Dine Around and more! The Bourbon Tasting presented by Beam Suntory, Inc. takes place on Friday, January 24th in the Earth Ballroom and will feature a special appearance by 20-year NBA all-star Charles Oakley. Charles most well-known for his time with the New York Knicks in the 90s as a hard playing Power Forward. The Grand Tasting will introduce a new chef to Sun Wine & Food Fest. Richard Blais, winner of Bravo’s Top Chef All-Stars and recurring judge on Top Chef and Master Chef will join some of the best in the business with a variety of electrifying chef demonstrations on the Main Stage presented by Gotham Steel Stack Master. The Celebrity Chef Dine Around presented by Hendrick’s Gin will tease a taste of TAO with a showcase of dining options by Ralph Scamardella, Partner/Chef with Tao Group Hospitality. TAO Restaurant at Mohegan is set to open this year, featuring a menu of elevated Pan-Asian fare, a beverage program catering to Asian tastes and a robust sake program. Over 25 celebrity chefs will also participate in Mohegan Sun’s signature walk-around event, creating signature food items paired with a wine, beer or spirit. Sun Wine & Food Fest’s Sunday Brunch will be kicked up a notch with the Brunch Battle. Two Connecticut-based chefs will go head-to-head with only 30 minutes to create the best dish to present to celebrity chef judges Aarón Sánchez, Amanda Freitag, Marc Murphy and Maneet Chauhan. Norwich native Ceil Vardar, food writer, cooking instructor and winner of Food Network’s Chopped will face Daniel Monroe, a former US Army culinary specialist and current chef at Fairfield Connecticut’s gourmet grocery store, The Pantry. The winner will receive a $1,000 Mohegan Sun gift card, have their brunch item added to a special featured menu at Todd English’s Tuscany and earn the title of “Brunch Battle Champion”. Mohegan Sun’s newest ultra-lounge novelle wraps up the Sun Wine & Food Fest weekend on Sunday, January 26th with the Champagne Brunch presented by Truly Hard Seltzer. Sardilli will Continue Its Produce Distribution for all Mohegan Sun Owned and Operated Restaurants Including Todd English’s Tuscany, Season’s Buffett and the all-new novelle
UNCASVILLE, CT – Mohegan Sun is 
excited to announce a recent multi-year produce contract being awarded to Sardilli Produce & Dairy. Mohegan Sun has worked with the longstanding Hartford, CT based company for the past eight years. In the past three years alone, have purchased more than 18,000 cases and more than 490,000 lbs. of produce from local farmers, and supporting Connecticut Agriculture – marks that will continue under the extended partnership.
“We certainly had interest in other big players for this contract but based on the well-established relationship, exceptional service and overall great product that Sardilli provides, the choice wasn’t very difficult in the end,” said Jeff Hamilton, President & GM of Mohegan Sun. “They’ll continue food distribution to more than ten restaurants here at Mohegan Sun, and that’s in addition to our back of house grill that we have for thousands of team members. They now operate as Sardilli Produce & Dairy out of a 30,000 square-foot facility on Locust Street in Hartford, CT. They look to move into a renovated 225,000 square-foot facility in Windsor, CT in 2020. The new state-of-the-art location will handle their needs for distribution, office space and value added produce manufacturing.

Welcome the Year of the Rat with Red Envelope cash giveaways, a traditional Lion Dance and more, all starting Saturday, January 25th!

Guests can ring in the Year of the Rat with a variety of events including a traditional Chinese cultural arts demonstration and Lion Dance, the Money God, Red Envelope giveaways, special menu items available at Sunrise Square located in Casino of the Earth, the Aaron Kwok de Aa Kode World Tour inside Mohegan Sun Arena and more!
Starting January 25th, Red Envelopes will be distributed to Momentum members with valid ID on Asian bus line runs. The giveaway starts Saturday, January 25th and lasts through Friday, February 7th. During this period, guests who ride the Asian buses can receive a Red Envelope with cash varying from $5 to $100 inside. The Money God will also visit The Shops concourse from Noon to 2:00pm on February 1st for another Red Envelope giveaway and a photo opportunity with the winners from the 2019 Miss Chinese Beauty Pageant! UNCASVILLE, CT (December 16, 2019) – Restaurant Week is back at Mohegan Sun! From Sunday, January 19th through Thursday, January 23rd, guests can please their palate with exclusive dining offers at many of Mohegan Sun’s premier restaurants and eateries!
Guests can enjoy a three course meal at BALLO Italian Restaurant for $32. The first course is the choice of a classic Caesar salad, a house salad, an arugula salad or meatballs pomodoro. For the main course, options include rigatoni, chicken parmigiana, organic salmon, chicken francese, or a braised pork shank. Guests can top off the decadent meal with a cannoli made with Kahlúa, dark chocolate and espresso.
A three course meal at SolToro s $22 and starts with either Mexican wontons or SolToro nachos. For the main course, guests can devour a street taco entrée, served with rice and beans. Options include the Cochinita Pibil, Pollo Asado, Baja Fish, Shrimp Verde or the Gringo. Dessert is the chef’s selection!
Michael Jordan’s Steak House’s three course meal is $49 and starts with a classic Caesar salad or a bowl of crab and lobster bisque. Main course offerings include organic black pearl salmon with a citrus reduction, broccolini and a praline crumble; a petite filet mignon with bone marrow butter, truffle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus; or basil brined chicken with smoked fingerling hash and parmesan velouté. Complete the meal with a special chef’s choice dessert.
Revel in Restaurant Week with a three course meal for $35 at Todd English’s Tuscany. Guests can choose between a Caesar or Tuscan salad for the first course. Brunch Battle
This year, Sun Wine & Food Fest presented by MSC Cruises kicks brunch up a notch with an epic battle! Two local chefs will go head-to-head in the Uncas Ballroom with only 30 minutes to create the best brunch to present to celebrity judges Aarón Sanchez, Amanda Freitag, Maneet Chauhan and Marc Murphy. The “Brunch Battle Champion” will win a $1,000 Mohegan Sun gift card and have their brunch featured as a special menu item at Todd English’s Tuscany. Ralphie Aversa of DISH Network’s DISH Studio will host the event, giving the play-by-play of each exciting moment between the two talented chefs.
