Mohegan Sun set for December 9th; Tickets available this Friday, August 25th
UNCASVILLE, CT (August 23, 2017) – Three-time Grammy Award-winning and multiplatinum selling artists Pentatonix have announced A Pentatonix Christmas Tour, which kicks off in Chicago on December 3rd with three nights at The Chicago Theatre and concludes just before Christmas with three shows at New York City’s Beacon Theatre. The concerts will be the group’s first to feature songs from their three hugely successful holiday albums. A Pentatonix Christmas Tour comes to Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, December 9th at 7:00pm.
Tickets are $65.00 and $45.00 and go on sale Friday, August 25th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. To coincide with the tour, Pentatonix has also announced a deluxe version of 2016’s platinum-selling, chart-topping album – A Pentatonix Christmas. A Pentatonix Christmas Deluxe will be released on October 20th via RCA Records and is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.
Additionally, Pentatonix has announced that they will return to NBC with a brand new holiday special featuring live performances from the group and so much more. Last year’s A Pentatonix Christmas Special drew more than 10 million viewers across two airings on the network. An airdate for the special will be announced at a later date.
In just six years, Pentatonix has sold more than 6.4 million albums (in total consumption) in the U.S. alone. They have won three Grammy Awards, received a Daytime Emmy nomination and performed for hundreds of thousands of fans at their sold-out shows across the globe. Their YouTube channel boasts more than 13.5 million subscribers, yielding over 2.6 billion video views and their 2015 self-titled album has been certified gold after debuting #1 on Billboard’s 200.

Paul Anka has sold over 90 million sales worldwide and his songs have been performed over 100 million times, some of which include “Put Your Head On My Shoulder,” “Lonely Boy,” “Diana” and “You’re Having My Baby”.
Anka’s New York Times Bestselling autobiography came out in April 2013, published by S. Martin’s Press, entitled “My Way.” During the same time, his new 14-song album entitled Duets was released by Sony Music Entertainment and featured artists such as Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson, Tom Jones, Celine Dion and Michael Bublé. Opening in the Race Book in late September

The 74-seat New Belgium Brewing Taproom will boast 12 draft lines, featuring Fat Tire Style Ale, Fat Tire Belgium White Ale, IPA’s from the Voodoo Ranger IPA collection, Citradelic Tangerine IPA, Belgian Abby and Trippel beers. Tickets for Sun BrewFest go on sale Friday, August 18th
UNCASVILLE, CT (August 15, 2017) – Sun BrewFest is back! One of Mohegan Sun’s best annual events returns on Saturday, October 7th with an array of craft beers to enjoy. Please your palate and pair your favorite brews with a bite or two as local restaurants feature food for purchase. This year’s event also includes the exclusive Halftime Hops from 6:00pm – 9:00pm and thrilling competition at the Sun BrewFest Cornhole Tournament!
Tickets for Sun BrewFest go on sale Friday, August 18th at 10:00am at the Mohegan Sun Box Office and Ticketmaster. A portion of all ticket prices will go to the Channel 3 Kids Camp. Tickets will be required for entry to all events. All guests in attendance must be 21+.

Country superstar becomes 31st performer to receive Mohegan Sun’s Walk of Fame star!
UNCASVILLE, CT (August 14, 2017) – On Friday, August 11th, Mohegan Sun honored Kenny Chesney with a long overdue Walk of Fame award. Taking place before his second back-to-back show, Chesney joins an exclusive list of entertainers who have stars lining the forecourt of the Mohegan Sun Box Office. Accepting the award, Chesney said, “Thank you so much for having me… We really do enjoy coming here and playing, it’s something we look forward to every year!”
