Dancer/musician to take part in signing and a very special hour-long acoustic performance on February 10th in The Shops at Mohegan Sun
WHAT: Mohegan Sun is set to feature one of the most anticipated Signings & Sightings events to date when when Dancing with the Stars superstar and rising singer/guitarist Mark Ballas heads to Mohegan Sun for an exclusive, free live performance in The Shops at Mohegan Sun. Immediately following, Ballas will take part in a free autograph session at Todd English’s Tuscany as part of Mohegan Sun’s Diva Fridays. U.S. Olympian Demetrius Andrade versus Derek Ennis headlines ESPN Friday Night Fights at Mohegan Sun Arena
Star Boxing will once again showcase one of the most promising boxers in the world, undefeated 2008 U.S. Olympian Demetrius “Boo Boo” Andrade, against rugged Philadelphian Derek “Pooh” Ennis in a 10-round bout for the vacant North American Boxing Organization (NABO) junior middleweight title, headlining an ESPN Friday Night Fights show at Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, February 10th at 8:00pm.

One of the most gifted all around boxers, Andrade (15-0, 10 KOs) has been favorably compared to a younger, heavier Floyd Mayweather, Jr. because of their similar styles, featuring lightning quick feet and hands, superior defensive acumen and dominant victories. In Andrade’s five fights that have gone the distance, for example, he has won 30 of 34 rounds on the scorecards.
The 23-year-old Andrade, fighting only a short drive from his Providence home, was a 2007 World amateur champion who will be fighting for the seventh time on ESPN.
In his last two fights, the slick southpaw pitched a near shutout in August en route to a 10-round unanimous decision against veteran Grady Brewer, winner of The Contender II television reality series and stopped former world title challenger Saul Duran after three rounds last September in Manchester, New Hampshire.

January 12th performance will be rescheduled at a later date
The Big D and The Kids Table show that had been set for January 12th in the Wolf Den has now been postponed due to a personal matter with the band. Mohegan Sun and Big D and The Kids Table apologize for the inconvenience and have rescheduled the performance with Boston’s own Eli “Paperboy” Reed.
Wolf Den performances are free and open to the public, must be 21 years or older to attend.

關於許瑪麗師傅
許瑪麗師傅是康州曼徹斯特市瑪麗太極功夫學校的總裁兼教頭，並獲美國武術功夫聯合會（USAWKF）頒授八級黑帶榮銜及持有國際武術聯合會（國際武聯）評審執照。
許瑪麗師傅目前也是美國國家太極拳聯合會會長、美國武術功夫聯合會副會長及身兼該會旗下比賽及活動管理委員會主席一職。1998年，許師傅被列入美國武術功夫聯合會名人堂。

Mohegan Sun celebrates the year of the dragon on February 5th
Get ready to ring in the year of the dragon as Mohegan Sun gets ready to celebrate Chinese New Year on Sunday, February 5th. While the holiday takes place on January 23rd, Mohegan Sun is ringing in the New Year with a variety of events including legendary singer Wakin Chau in Mohegan Sun Arena, a traditional Lion Dance, the Money God, an appearance by the top three 2011 Miss NY Chinese Beauty Pagent stars, special menu items at Sunrise Square and bus giveaways.
The celebration begins with a performance in Mohegan Sun Arena by Wakin Chau from Taiwan. The show will take place at 2:00am on February 5th and tickets are a $58.00 and $38.00 along with a VIP ticket priced at $108.00. One of the most successful bands in Rock and Roll history performs live at Mohegan Sun Arena on March 3rd

Extraordinary dancing production comes to Mohegan Sun Arena on April 7th
Generations of audiences, more than 60 million people from 68 countries, have seen Michael Flatley’s Lord of The Dance presented by MagicSpace Entertainment and Global Entertainment Group. The tour arrives at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, April 7th at 8:00pm.
Tickets are $20.00 and go on sale Monday, January 9th through Ticketmaster. Flatley says, “We have fresh wardrobes and an exciting new set featuring elements from the successful international tour I performed in last year – we sold out more than 20 dates in the UK. Fans will see technological highlights like video incorporated into an LED wall, as well as a number of changes to the overall lighting and set designs.” Flatley, who retired from dancing in 2011, is Artistic Director of Lord of the Dance and oversees all aspects of the production. “We are really excited to introduce our fans to the new visual experience that complements our show.” Flatley added that new interest in dancing sparked by primetime shows like Dancing with the Stars has fans anxious to see more Lord of the Dance style shows. Flatley was a special guest on Dancing with the Stars in the seventh season and performed on the show in 2007 and 2008.
