This exclusive club recognizes a distinct class of performers who have made a significant contribution to the continued success of Mohegan Sun.

Elton John and his band will appear in concert at Mohegan Sun Arena performing their “Greatest Hits Live” concert, featuring number one chart hits and classic album tracks from throughout Elton’s incredible five-decade career.
Public on-sale will begin Friday, January 7th at 10:00am.
Elton John’s band includes Davey Johnstone on guitar, Bob Birch on bass, John Mahon on percussion, Nigel Olsson on drums and Kim Bullard on keyboards. Jenny Tseng, commonly known in Cantonese speaking regions as “Yan Nei,” is a Macau-born singer who has been based in Hong Kong for much of her performing career. With her outstanding singing talent, Jenny first achieved mainstream success throughout the Chinese region during the early 1970s. Her powerful voice has made her a memorable diva with a career that spans over three decades. Her repertoire includes both Cantonese and Mandarin songs. She was awarded “Most Popular Artist Award” in 1984 at the Jade Solid Gold Ceremony, the first singer to receive this honorable award. In addition to singing, Tseng is a successful entrepreneur and has also acted in several films during the 1970s and 1980s.
In recent years, Tseng has performed all over the world and embarked on her Farewell World Tour in the fall of 2009, making the end of her performing career and saying goodbye to fans all over the world.

Kids Quest will feature crafts, games, hats and blowers, balloon drops and prizes periodically throughout the day. Mohegan Sun is featuring tasty dining specials on December 24th and December 25th
With the holiday closing in fast, Mohegan Sun’s buffet and restaurants are set to offer some delicious menu specials for those looking to grab a bite out with family and friends.
On Christmas Day, Todd English’s Tuscany will offer a Chef’s Tasting Menu which begins with Porcini & Onion Zuppa accompanied by Brioche Croutons and Gruyère Cheese. Diners can then feast on a Herb-Seared Halibut with Garlicky Spinach, Sweet Potato Hash and Lemon Vinaigrette followed by Pastrami Rubbed Duck Breast with Confit Duck Leg and Wild Mushroom Risotto. Also on Christmas Day, Birches Bar & Grill will feature a special 3-course meal that starts off with a Soup du Jour or a choice of Garden Salad with Sweet-Herb Vinaigrette or a classic Caesar Salad followed by Baked Stuffed Shrimp with Asparagus spears, Rice Pilaf and Lemon Beurre Blanc. Completing the meal is a Nutcracker Tart with Mixed Nuts, Chocolate Sauce and Candy Cane Bark. This will be offered at $30.00 per person.
On Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, Seasons Buffet will have a variety of selections available for guests. The carving board will include such selections like Sage & Apple Glazed Turkey Breast and Roasted Turkey Thighs. Horseradish Crusted Prime Rib and Pineapple & Clove Glazed Smoked Ham will also be available. Guests looking to enjoy delectable entrées can feast on Baked Stuffed Flounder, Roasted Orange Glazed Chicken and Spicy Thai Scallop & Vegetable Stir Fry. Comedian will perform live in the Arena on January 29th
Comedian/Actor Aziz Ansari, from the NBC show Parks and Recreation, is bringing his hilarious stand-up act to Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, January 29th at 8:00pm.

Ansari released his debut CD/DVD entitled Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening in January on Comedy Central Records with an accompanying one hour special on the network. He recently wrapped production on the feature film 30 Minutes or Less, opposite Jesse Eisenberg and Danny McBride.
Ansari began his career performing stand-up comedy in New York while attending New York University in the summer of 2001. He frequently performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, as well as weekly shows such as Invite Them Up. In 2005, Rolling Stone included him in their annual “Hot List” as their choice for the “Hot Stand-up,” and he won the Jury Award for “Best Stand-up” at HBO’s 2006 U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado. In 2007, he created and starred in the critically acclaimed MTV sketch comedy show Human Giant, which ran for two seasons. This led to acting roles in feature films including Funny People, I Love You, Man and Observe and Report.

2011 Jägermeister Music Tour live in the Arena on February 16th
Jägermeister, the brand known for decades of involvement with Rock bands, continues to own the concert circuit with the 2011 Jägermeister Music Tour featuring Buckcherry. The Jägermeister Music Tour will be stopping at Mohegan Sun Arena for one night only on Wednesday, February 16th at 7:30pm in celebration of Buckcherry’s new single “It’s a Party” on their recently released album All Night Long. Buckcherry will rock the 2011 Jägermeister Music Tour with HELLYEAH as direct support as well as All That Remains and The Damned Things. Each concert will also feature a local Jäger Band. Mr. Dee Jay, Brian Barr, known for delivering a great vibe and unique flavor, will spin during set changes to keep the party going.
