UNCASVILLE, CT (January 27, 2025) – Today, Incubus announced the next iteration of their massively successful Morning View + The Hits tour, featuring special guests Manchester Orchestra. Following the popularity of last year’s sold-out US arena tour, the band will embark on additional dates across North America this upcoming summer, performing Morning View in its entirety + the hits. The thirteen-city tour begins on June 25th and will make a stop at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, June 28th at 7:30pm.
The Morning View + The Hits tour launched this past summer on the heels of the release of Morning View XXIII last year, a re-recording of their 2001 multi-platinum original album Morning View that spent 60 weeks on the Billboard 200 peaking at No 2.
Tickets go on sale Friday, January 31st, at 10:00am via Ticketmaster.com. Incubus fans can purchase tickets at the Mohegan Sun Box Office on Saturday, February 1st, subject to availability.
A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold on the North America tour will be distributed by the band’s Make Yourself Foundation to provide critical relief and long-term recovery support for the communities impacted by the devastating LA wildfires.
Citi is the official card of the Morning View + The Hits tour. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, January 28th at 10:00am local time until Thursday, January 30th at 10:00pm local time through the Citi Entertainment program. The upcoming performances arrive on the heels of a landmark 2024 for the musician, who, in addition to being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, played concerts to rave reviews at venues across the U.S. Frampton’s Never Say Never, Never EVER Say Never and subsequent Positively Thankful tours were unexpected by fans after the legendary musician shared his diagnosis of the degenerative disease inclusion-body myositis.
Peter Frampton is one of the most celebrated artists and guitarists in Rock history. In 2007, Frampton won a Grammy for “Best Pop Instrumental Album” for Fingerprints and in 2014 was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame. He received the prestigious “Les Paul Innovation Award” at NAMM’s TEC Awards in 2019 and most recently received the “2024 Les Paul Spirit Award” at the Gibson Garage in Nashville. Mohegan Sun Arena and OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino Resort receive multiple End of Year honors by Pollstar, Venues Now & Billboard
UNCASVILLE, CT (January 17, 2025) – The Mohegan entertainment portfolio continues to leave a strong footprint in the United States and Canada as Mohegan Sun Arena and OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino Resort found themselves placing in high ranks for various year end awards from Pollstar, VenuesNow, and Billboard.
According to VenuesNow, Mohegan Sun’s 10,000-seat arena ended 2024 as the third-best arena of the year, and Billboard ranked it as the fifth-highest grossing venue with as many as 10,000 seats. Mohegan Sun Arena also once again had high marks on a global scale. The popular Arena that has hosted headlining performers like Bruce Springsteen, Thomas Rhett, Matt Rife, Stevie Nicks, with Billy Joel, Kelsea Ballerini, Blake Shelton and plenty more on the way, and others ranked as the 4th Best Arena in the world by VenuesNow and sixth globally in total grosses by Billboard for arenas of its size.

Lunar New Year festivities include the Fortune God, red envelopes and more!
UNCASVILLE, CT (January 16, 2025) – The start of Lunar New Year is right around the corner, and Mohegan Sun is keeping up with tradition by celebrating on Sunday, February 9th! Guests can welcome the Year of the Snake with the Fortune God, the Lion Dance and more.
Starting at Noon, guests are welcome to join cultural artisans, the Fortune God, and the 2024 Miss Chinese Beauty Pageant winners in The Shops Concourse, where they will be handing out red envelopes that symbolize good fortune and well-wishes while supplies last. At 2:00pm, Mohegan executives will give celebratory remarks before a special Lion Dance at the Sun Patio. The dance will make its way through The Shops Concourse, ending at the Sky Entrance of Mohegan Sun Arena. The Lion Dance has long symbolized the exorcising of evil spirits and the summoning of luck and fortune.

UNCASVILLE, CT (January 13, 2025) – Premier integrated entertainment destination Mohegan Sun is pleased to announce the appointment of Doug Vogelei as Vice President of Gaming. In this position, Vogelei will provide strategic vision, oversight, and alignment of gaming operations, in collaboration with Mohegan Sun’s gaming leadership team.

Vogelei joins Mohegan Sun as a seasoned leader in the hospitality and gaming industry, with a career of strategic and tactical experience spanning over 30 years. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Casino Operations at Sycuan Casino Resort in El Cajon, CA from March 2020 to December 2024, where he directed financial and operational strategies across various gaming sectors. Vogelei also held key roles at Venetian Casino & Resorts in Las Vegas, NV, where he worked for over 20 years. During his tenure with the Venetian, Vogelei advanced through the gaming division, ultimately overseeing table games, slots, and poker.
Doug Vogelei holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He served as a board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) San Diego Chapter.
Doug currently lives in Old Saybrook, CT with his wife, Mary.
