IN DETAIL: Follow the literary path to Connecticut’s best authors during the Connecticut Authors Trail. The state’s brightest writers showcase their works and share their stories at local libraries starting July 6th with the final event being held at Mohegan Sun on September 14th featuring Beatriz Williams.
New York Times bestselling author Beatriz Williams headlines a page-turning Winning Authors event as she unveils her latest work, Cocoa Beach, at Mohegan Sun. A lush, historical novel, Cocoa Beach is a story of love, suspense, betrayal and redemption and Williams shares it all with fans on Thursday, September 14th during a live Q&A and autograph session in The Cabaret Theatre.

Mohegan Sun regrets to announce that the Charles Esten show in the Wolf Den that was scheduled for this Saturday night has been postponed. A new rescheduled date is to be announced.
Additionally, the Live Discussion portion of this Saturday’s Winning Authors event featuring Beatriz Williams, Karen White and Lauren Willig has been cancelled. The authors will still be holding a 3:00pm signing in The Shops concourse.

Literature lovers unite this January and February when two Winning Authors events visit Mohegan Sun to rein in 2016, each featuring New York Times bestselling authors.
On Saturday, January 23rd meet Karen White, Lauren Willig and Beatriz Williams, authors behind the historical novel The Forgotten Room when they are featured in a Winning Authors event. The trio will be hosting a live discussion inside The Cabaret Theatre at 3:00pm then signing copies of their popular book in The Shops concourse beginning at 4:00pm.
Then on Friday, February 12th meet Lisa Gardner when she is featured in her own Diva Fridays edition of Winning Authors. Gardner will be featuring her brand new psychological suspense novel Find Her, just three days after it’s released. This event will begin with a 7:30pm live discussion in The Cabaret Theatre followed by her book signing at 8:30pm in The Shops concourse.
