Country superstar booked for Saturday, August 9th
Country superstar Alan Jackson takes his tour to Mohegan Sun Arena for an 7:30pm show scheduled for Saturday, August 9th.
Tickets are $39.50 and go on sale Friday, January 17th through Ticketmaster at 10:00am. Alan Jackson is one of the most successful and respected singer-songwriters in music. He is in the elite company of Paul McCartney and John Lennon among songwriters who’ve written more than 20 songs that they’ve recorded and taken to the top of the charts. Keny Vance And The Planotones are cancelling all of their current shows, likely through April, due to a health concerns. They will be missed, as Kenny has performed at every Mohegan Sun show since Volume III.
Joining the lineup in their place for Sunday, January 19th will be the one and only Lou Christie (“Lightning Strikes”; “Two Faces Have I”; “The Gypsy Cried”). It will mark his first time at Mohegan Sun Arena in many years! Lou is one the most dynamic and crowd-pleasing artists of the 50’s-60’s era, and Jon “Bowzer” Bauman is thrilled to have him. Don’t miss Lou’s return to the Arena!
In addition, Jay Siegel’s Tokens will still be performing on Sunday, January 19th and in fact, Kurt “Frenchy” Yahjian of the Planotones will be singing with them for the very first time ever! Tour hits Mohegan Sun on Friday, February 21st; tickets on sale Friday, January 10th
One of the most acclaimed tours of 2013 – Kanye West’s sold-out Yeezus Tour– continues in 2014 with a two week run of the Northeast. The limited run, presented by Live Nation, will head to Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, February 21st for a 7:30pm concert. This run of shows will be the last chance for North American fans to see the Yeezus Tour’s creative concept.

Due to the winter storm, the Stryper show scheduled for this evening in the Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun has been cancelled. The performance will be rescheduled for a date to be determined later this year.
Wolf Den performances are free and open to the public. Must be 21 years or older to attend.

U.S tour to commence January 29th and heading to Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, March 28th
It’s been a record year for Darius Rucker. Arguably one of the most applauded singles of the year, “Wagon Wheel” has helped the platinum-selling entertainer earn multiple nominations from the CMA and ACA Awards. Fans of his third chart-topping Country album, True Believers, can catch Rucker at Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, March 28th for a 7:30pm concert. Eli Young Band with special guest Joel Crouse will be featured on this tour!
