In May of 2009, Jeong appeared as the Asian-mobster “Mr. Chow” in the sleeper-hit comedy The Hangover also starring Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis, which earned Jeong an MTV Movie Award in 2010, and in which the film itself won The Golden Globe for “Best Comedy/Musical” and Critics’ Choice Award for “Best Comedy in 2010.” The film was the highest-grossing R-rated comedy to date, with over $467 million worldwide, only to be trumped by The Hangover Part II, which grossed $581 million worldwide.
Since his feature film debut playing the doctor in Knocked Up in 2007, Jeong has gone on to star in a number of memorable roles in a series of successful comedies. In 2008, Jeong had his first major role opposite Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott as the villain in David Wain’s Role Models. That same year he also appeared in the cult comedy hits Pineapple Express and Step Brothers.
Jeong’s career path started off on a different course. He earned his undergraduate degree at Duke University and went on to get his medical degree at the University of North Carolina. Jeong completed his Internal Medicine residency in New Orleans all the while developing his comedy. In 1995, Jeong won the Big Easy Laff Off. The competition, which was judged by former NBC President Brandon Tartikoff and Improv founder Budd Friedman, turned out to be his big break as Tartikoff and Friedman urged Jeong to head to Los Angeles.
Once in Los Angeles, he began performing regularly at the Improv and Laugh Factory, and was seen on a number of television shows including The Office, Entourage and Curb Your Enthusiasm. It wasn’t until he caught Judd Apatow’s eye, who cast him as “Dr. Kuni” in Knocked Up that he solidified himself as a feature film actor.
In 2011, Jeong reprised his role of “Mr. Chow” in the summer blockbuster, The Hangover Part II. Following up on the success of The Hangover, the much-anticipated sequel surpassed expectations in every way, already grossing almost 600 million dollars and beating The Hangover while setting box office records for R-rated films. The film went on to gross almost 400 million worldwide. Other film credits for Jeong include Transformers 3, Pain & Gain, Despicable Me 2, Turbo, The Duff and Ride Along 2.
This past summer, Jeong appeared in the Warner Bros box office sensation Crazy Rich Asians which grossed over $150 million worldwide and earned multiple nominations including Golden Globes, SAG, and People’s Choice. Crazy Rich Asians won the “Best Acting Ensemble” award at the National Board of Review awards as well as “Best Comedy” at the Critics’ Choice Awards. He was also seen in Goosebumps 2. Upcoming projects include Elsewhere, Wonder Park, Occupation Rainfall, My Spy, Boss Level and El Tonto.
In television, Jeong was most recently seen starring on ABC’s Dr. Ken, which he was the creator, writer, and executive producer. He also was a series regular on the critically acclaimed NBC show Community from 2009-2015, which won the Critics’ Choice Award for “Best Comedy Series” in 2012. In 2015, Jeong directed an ESPN 30 for 30 documentary Student Athlete, and he also starred in and produced the Sundance award-winning film Advantageous, which received an Independent Spirit Award nomination. Jeong can currently be seen as a judge on the FOX ratings success The Masked Singer.
Jeong returns to his stand-up roots for his first-ever Netflix comedy special, Ken Jeong: You Complete Me, Ho which launched globally on February 14, 2019. Filmed at the Ice House Comedy Club in Pasadena, California, where Jeong first got his start in comedy, the special reflects on how Jeong went from being a doctor to a comedy superstar and opens up about how his wife’s courageous battle with breast cancer led to him starring in one of the biggest comedy franchises of all time, The Hangover, and more recently, Crazy Rich Asians.
Jeong dedicates his spare time to volunteering with Stand Up 2 Cancer, which is a cause very dear to his heart.
He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and twin daughters.

A band, a brand, a bond and a brotherhood: Big Kenny Alphin and John Rich – Big & Rich – share a decade and a half into a storied career. Very notably, the pair calls the shots with ownership of their master recordings and music publishing rights through Big & Rich Records in partnerships with Thirty Tigers / The Orchard and Kobalt. Additionally, both contribute generously as philanthropists and flourish as lifestyle entrepreneurs.
2020 will see the band hitting the road for the “Redneck Riviera Whiskey Presents Big & Rich’s Peace, Love & Happy Hour Tour,” the latest outing by two very separate individuals who in many ways, might seem polar opposites. John is driven and intense, while Kenny’s motto of “love everybody” exemplifies his idealistic philosophy. “I think Kenny and I are a great representation of how Americans should be in general,” says John. “We disagree on a lot of things. But the things we agree on override our disagreements. We have a drink and get back on stage and it’s all good.” Big Kenny concurs with this assessment. “I think we both bring a balance to each other, no matter what the situation is. That’s what makes relationships good, when you have that dynamic.”

Dave Chappelle is an internationally recognized stand-up comedian and actor known for his trademark wit and sharp, irreverent social commentary. Arguably the most-touring comic on the circuit, Chappelle has performed more than 1,600 concerts worldwide in the past four years, selling out shows within minutes of their announcements.
The past few years have been banner for Chappelle. In 2019, he joined the coveted class of recipients of the Mark Twain Prize for “American Humor,” the highest award in comedy. Additionally, he received Grammy awards for “Best Comedy Album” for his last three Netflix specials: Sticks and Stones (2019), Equanimity & The Bird Revelation (2018), The Age Of Spin & Deep In The Heart Of Texas (2017) which were delivered on vinyl as double-feature albums. In 2017, Chappelle celebrated his 30th year in comedy with a residency at New York’s Radio City Music Hall, selling more than 90,000 tickets and performing 16 shows that included 58 guests representing the biggest names in comedy and music. That year, he also received his first Emmy Award for his debut episode on Saturday Night Live. Santana, and his band (which also features Santana’s wife, Cindy Blackman Santana) will highlight songs from both his Supernatural and Woodstock eras, as well as newer tracks from his 2019 full-length album Africa Speaks and some incredible surprises.
Santana stated “I feel like a 20 year old on stage playing with my band, and they deliver incredible energy on every song. This past year, Santana celebrated the 20th anniversary of his revolutionary, multiple Grammy award-winning album Supernatural, along with the 50th anniversary of his Woodstock performance. Santana’s 1999 album Supernatural featured the back-to-back #1 singles “Smooth” and “Maria Maria” and sold over 30 million copies worldwide, topping the charts in over a dozen countries and sweeping the 2000 Grammy Awards.

At Mohegan Sun Arena on May 23rd with special guest Jesse Ahern
UNCASVILLE, CT (February 20, 2020) – This May, Dropkick Murphys and Rancid will hit the road together for the first time since 2017, for the co-headlining Boston To Berkeley II Tour with special guest Jesse Ahern supporting. On Saturday, May 23rd at Mohegan Sun Arena, Dropkick Murphys and Rancid will end the night on stage together for a joint encore. As was the case on the original From Boston To Berkeley run in 2017, the final band of the night will vary by date, with either Dropkick Murphys or Rancid as the closing act.

Rancid and Dropkick Murphys have a long and important history together. Back in 1997, Rancid’s Lars Frederiksen came across a copy of Dropkick Murphys’ original EP at a friend’s house. He turned it over to his bandmate and Hellcat Records president Tim Armstrong, who quickly snatched up the band for his new label.

Emerging from the blue-collar swamps of Berkeley, California, Rancid has now been a living, breathing Punk Rock band for over a quarter century. Thus, Rancid. Signing with Epitaph Records, the band released their first album Rancid in 1993. Shortly thereafter, Lars Frederiksen (vocals, guitar) joined the band, because…well, are you going to tell him he can’t? The result, in 1994, was Let’s Go. In 1995, Rancid released the classic platinum-selling …And Out Come The Wolves. You still remember when you first heard it. They followed with the even more ambitious Life Won’t Wait in 1998, and in 2000, Rancid released another album entitled Rancid, just to see if anyone was paying attention. After Indestructible in 2003, Branden Steineckert (drums) joined to solidify Rancid’s current lineup. They subsequently released the albums Let The Dominos Fall (2009) and Honor Is All We Know (2014). And out now is another immediate classic, Trouble Maker (2017).
