The New Jersey housewife turned dessert queen will sign copies of her new cookbook, Indulge: Delicious Little Desserts That Keep Life Real Sweet for fans on Friday, October 10th.
Kathy is a business woman and mother of two. Her most recent achievement is her venture into indulging specialty foods and desserts. Her dessert line includes cannoli kits, chip & dip platters, desserts, gluten free and specialty coffee’s items which are all available for purchase through her website. The Arena’s powerhouse calendar so far in 2014 also helped boost the venue to #37 for all Arenas worldwide, In Pollstar Magazine’s mid-year rankings
UNCASVILLE, CT (August 4, 2014) – In Pollstar Magazine’s recently released mid-year report, Mohegan Sun Arena comes in ranking 11th for all Arenas in the U.S., regardless of size. Mohegan Sun Arena currently sits ahead of other big music venue forces such as The Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA, The Prudential Center in Newark, NJ and Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. All of whom have capacities over 18,000.

UNCASVILLE, CT (July 31, 2014)- Mohegan Sun is pleased to name Michel Painchaud the new Head Golf Professional at Mohegan Sun Golf Club. In this position, Painchaud will be responsible for directing the performance of all Golf Shop and Golf Service operations, as well as ensuring performance standards and client satisfaction.
Painchaud brings with him a long and impressive list of golf knowledge and experience. Before joining Mohegan Sun, Painchaud worked as the Head Teaching Professional and Center Manager for the Titleist Regional Fit Center at Club de Golf Le Blainvillier. He is also personally experienced and once qualified for the 2013 Titleist & FootJoy National Club Pro Championship with a two round score of 145.
Painchaud is the Founder and CEO of GolfAnalytix, an online video library of every technical aspect of golf including The Full Swing, Chipping, Pitching, Putting, and Bunker Shots. Users are invited to upload their own videos in order to receive tips and tricks for improving their golf game. The site also provides users with blogs and forums full of useful golf information.
In addition to his new role, Painchaud will oversee all hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and counseling of the golf operations staff. He also plans to use the latest video teaching software to create and implement a sustainable player development program at Mohegan Sun Golf Club.
