The 38-city tour includes a 7:00pm show on Sunday, November 3rd. Derek Hough Dance for the Holidays is an all-new celebration of the most festive time of the year! With jingle bells and sleigh bells, holiday carols and cheer, Hough’s latest dance spectacular is a show stopping event for the whole family. Fans will be thrilled and delighted as Hough and his cast of phenomenal dancers bring your favorite holiday tunes to life through dance, from the well sung classics to modern pop hits with all the incredible choreography, exciting stage production and dance mastery that audiences have come to expect. Creative team and EMMY® winners, Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo, also known as NappyTabs (Jennifer Lopez’s ‘All I Have’, Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour, GRAMMYs®), co-create, direct and supervise choreography for the tour.

Derek Hough Dance for the Holidays is produced by Greg Young of Mojave Ghost, a Tony & Drama Desk Award nominated producer. He’s produced award-winning Broadway shows (Bob Fosse’s Dancin’, The Illusionists, Little Women), Las Vegas Residencies (Derek Hough No-Limit!, Donny Osmond) and live tours (Derek Hough Symphony of Dance).
Emmy Award winning and New York Times Best-Selling author Derek Hough started dancing in his hometown of Salt Lake City, UT, at age 11. As a four-time Emmy Award winner and thirteen-time nominee, Hough is the most nominated choreographer in Television Academy history. He made his feature film debut for director Duane Adler and producer Robert Cort in the feature film Make Your Move and had a recurring role on the ABC series Nashville. His stage performances include Radio City Music Hall’s Spring Spectacular co-starring alongside the Tony Award winning Laura Benanti and the critically acclaimed production of Footloose in which he starred as the male lead in London’s West End. In December of 2016, Hough starred with Jennifer Hudson, Ariana Grande, Martin Short and Harvey Fierstein in NBC’s Hairspray Live! In 2020, Hough joined the hit ABC series Dancing with the Stars as part of the judging. A multi-talented entertainer and the only six-time champion in franchise history, Hough had previously performed on the show as a pro-dancer. In addition, Hough starred with Jennifer Lopez and Ne-Yo at the judges table for the NBC series World of Dance for four seasons. Hough can also add best-selling author to his list of credits.

Tickets on sale Friday, September 15th
UNCASVILLE, CT (August 29, 2023) – Today, Dave Matthews Band announced plans to tour the U.S. this fall. The headline run will stop at Mohegan Sun Arena for two consecutive shows on November 13th and 14th at 7:30pm.
Tickets to see the GRAMMY® Award-winning band are $139.50 or $86 and go on sale Friday, September 15th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning on Saturday, September 16th, subject to availability.
A portion of proceeds from the John Paul Jones Arena shows will benefit the band’s ongoing commitment to the resident-led redevelopment of Charlottesville’s public housing. This contribution is in addition to the five million dollars that Bama Works, Dave Matthews Band and Red Light Management have already committed to the project.
Dave Matthews Band has sold a collective 38 million CDs and DVDs combined. Two Performances on Sunday, November 26th
UNCASVILLE, CT (August 28, 2023) –Trans-Siberian Orchestra the heavy metal, classical music, theatre production, pyrotechnics and laser lightshow hybrid will return to Mohegan Sun Arena this winter.
“The Ghosts of Christmas Eve the Best of TSO & More,” will hit the stage for two awe-inspiring musical shows on Sunday, November 26th at 3:00pm and 8:00pm.
Tickets for the 2023 holiday tour are $109.75, $99.75, $89.75, $79.75, $69.75, $49.75, and $39.00 and go on sale Friday, September 15th at 10:00am via ticketmaster.com. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning Saturday, September 16th, subject to availability.

Although TSO is best known for their Capra-esque trilogy of holiday records – Christmas Eve & Other Stories, The Christmas Attic, and The Lost Christmas Eve – they have also released several other rock operas. Beethoven’s Last Night (2000) was the first of these non-holiday rock operas and tells a compelling tale of a battle for Beethoven’s soul between good and evil. It features instrumental crossovers between classical composers and contemporary rock, along with original vocal tracks featuring Patti Russo (Meatloaf) as the character Teresa, Beethoven’s love. Later albums take on great themes such as war and redemption, namely Night Castle (2009). Night Castle was TSO’s first Top 5 album debut and included a bonus track featuring Greg Lake (Emerson, Lake & Palmer, King Crimson), who was one of TSO’s greatest influences. Letters From The Labyrinth (2015) was another Top 10 release for TSO. In total, TSO has sold in excess of 12 million albums and DVDs.
Consistently one of the Top 25 touring acts in the country, TSO shows no signs of slowing down. Since its touring debut in 1999, TSO has played over 2,000 Winter Tour shows for more than 18 million fans. So far TSO has also donated over $18 million from these tours to local charities.
At the time of his passing, Paul O’Neill had several TSO projects in various stages of completion at his recording studio in Florida. He also had two finalized rock operas: Romanov: When Kings Must Whisper, about the 1917 Russian Revolution, along with a live concert adaptation of Night Castle. O’Neill also planned to eventually bring the TSO experience to Broadway. Nearly 25 years after the release of their first album, Trans-Siberian Orchestra continues to create and live on.

UNCASVILLE, CT (June 9, 2023) – Due to overwhelming fan demand, GRAMMY award-winning group TOOL is adding an additional show at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday November 11th, to go along with their previously announced Friday, November 10th show. Both live performances will kick off at 7:30pm.
