UNCASVILLE, CT (October 27, 2014) – This Thanksgiving, Mohegan Sun is serving up endless dining and shopping specials for friends, family and loved ones to gobble up!
Enjoy a $34.00 per person meal at Todd English’s Tuscany from 1:00pm-4:00pm. First course boasts wood-roasted pear and gorgonzola salad followed by a second course of sage brined Heritage turkey, sausage and potato stuffing, roasted root vegetables, bacon and dijon brussels sprout petals, sweet potato with pecan crumbles, grappa sauce and giblet gravy. Pecan bread pudding with Tahitian gelato serves as the sweet treat to round out this Thanksgiving meal.
Ballo Italian Restaurant is offering a $42.95 per person, 3-course dinner including your choice of classic Caesar salad, meatballs with pomodoro and ricotta or crispy pork belly with honey crisp apples, radicchio and chili-infused honey to start. Second course is a choice of five deluxe entrées including a rigatoni with spicy sausage ragu and pecorino fonduta, seared shrimp with honey-glazed carrots, walnuts and goat cheese polenta or a ricotta gnocchi with squash, bacon, chestnuts and apples. For dessert, enjoy a pumpkin cannoli with candied walnuts.
Starting at 11:00am, Seasons Buffet is featuring such Thanksgiving classics as rotisserie turkey, apple cider-brined pork chops with cranberry chutney, maple-glazed sweet potatoes, fall vegetable and apple stuffing, caramel apple pie trifle, maple walnut parfait and much more.

Guests can enjoy a variety of dining and retail specials on November 28th
To celebrate a day of food, family and friends, Mohegan Sun will be offering a number of dining and retail specials this Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 28th.
At Todd English’s Tuscany, guests can feast on a three-course dinner for $34.00 per person. Start the meal off with a salad of roasted beets, whipped goat cheese, spiced nuts, mixed greens and brown butter balsamic vinaigrette, followed by a main course of sage brined heritage turkey, sausage potato stuffing, roasted root vegetables, bacon dijon Brussels petals, grappa cranberry sauce and giblet gravy. For dessert, enjoy warm apple crisp with cranberry ice cream and Grand Marnier whipped cream.
A special Thanksgiving Day menu will also be offered at Ballo Italian Restaurant for $42.00 per person. This includes a round of classic Caesar salad or arugula, parmigiano, pine nuts & lemon or butternut squash soup. For the second course, enjoy roasted turkey, apple sage stuffing, family-style gravy, cranberry sauce, whipped sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts with pancetta. To top it off, indulge in cheesecake with apple & cranberry or a cannoli.

Mohegan Sun has a wide variety of retail and dining specials to make both your stomach and wallet thankful this Turkey Day!
If a traditional Thanksgiving meal is what you search for, look no futher than Seasons Buffet, Todd English’s Tuscany, Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain and Ballo Italian Restaurant & Social Club at Mohegan Sun.
Upstairs at Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain, the Thanksgiving menu will feature Maple-Glazed Roasted Turkey and a series of sides including Cornbread, Wild Mushroom and Bacon Stuffing, Cranberry, Fig and Pinot Noir Chutney and Creamed Kale for $39.00 per person.
Todd English’s Tuscany has a featured 3-course menu on Thanksgiving sure to satisfy any appetite. For $34.00 per person, the meal starts off with an Isalata of Mixed Greens, Roasted Beets, Spiced Nuts, Whipped Goat Cheese and Brown Butter Balsamic Vinaigrette. For the second course, enjoy Sage-Brined Heritage Turkey with Sausage Potato Stuffing, Roasted Root Vegetables, Bacon Dijon Brussels Petals, Grappa Cranberry Sauce and Giblet Gravy. This special Thanksgiving meal will be $42.00 per person and feature three courses, starting with a choice of Classic Caesar Salad or Butternut Squash Soup with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds. The second course will be Roasted Turkey served with an Apple Sage Stuffing with accompaniments such as Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Whipped Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta, served family-style. Finish off your meal with Cheesecake with Apple and Cranberry or Cannoli.
Seasons Buffet will be featuring a wide assortment of both traditional and non-traditional fare throughout the day on Thanksgiving. Everything from Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter to Oven Roasted Dark Turkey Meat and Baked New England Style Cod Fish is available for a main course. Top off your meal with desserts like Pumpkin Pie and Apple Cobbler.
Rather have something a little lighter? Stop by either of our two Dunkin’ Donuts locations on property and try a Pumpkin Coffee, Pumpkin Muffin, Pumpkin Donut or some Pumpkin K-Cups to brew your own coffee at home!

Mohegan Sun will provide a cornucopia of specials this Thanksgiving with delectable entrées and decadent desserts on Thursday, November 24th.
Todd English’s Tuscany will showcase a Sage–Brined Turkey along with Sausage Stuffing, Roasted Root Vegetables, Turkey Gravy, Grappa Cranberry Sauce and a Grilled Housemade Kielbasa. It will be paired with an Apple Pear Crisp with Cinnamon Gelato and a warm Caramel Sauce for dessert. This meal will be offered at $32.00 per person. Todd English’s Tuscany will serve a dinner menu throughout the day in lieu of their Tuscan Table and lunch menus from 1:00pm to 10:00pm.
Birches Bar & Grill will offer a customary Thanksgiving dinner that starts out with a choice of Soup Du Jour, Birches House Salad or a Classic Caesar Salad. The main course includes a Traditional Turkey Dinner consisting of white and dark meat, Apple Craisin Stuffing, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Chef’s Vegetables, Cranberry Sauce and Giblet Gravy. Dessert will feature a Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake with Cranberry Wine Compote and Spiced Whipped Cream. This meal is priced at $22.95 per person. Birches Bar & Grill will be open from 11:00am to 10:00pm.
Seasons Buffet will offer a variety of choices for Thanksgiving. Guests can start off their holiday meal with a creamy Butternut & Apple Bisque. Then feast on special dinner selections including Oven Roasted Dark Meat Turkey, Roasted Turkey Breast and Smoked Pork Loin. Featured sides include Mashed Potatoes, Sautéed Orange Glazed Carrots, Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables, Cornbread Stuffing, Mashed Sweet Potato Brûlée, Vegetable Rice Pilaf, Peas, Carrots and Pearl Onion Medley, Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Onions and a Turkey Gravy. Michael Jordan’s Steak House and Michael Jordan’s 23.sportcafe will prepare a Slow Oven Roasted Turkey Breast paired with Ginger Gold Apple-Duck Sausage Stuffing, Turkey Giblet Gravy, Spiced Sweet Potato Mash, Chipotle-Roasted Corn-off-the-Cob and Housemade Cranberry Relish. Dessert will consist of a Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Southern Comfort Praline Sauce. The meal will be offered at $28.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included. Michael Jordan’s Steak House will serve dinner from 5:00pm to Midnight and Michael Jordan’s 23.sportcafe will serve dinner from 5:00pm to 11:00pm.
