GRAMMY Nominated Ed Sheeran To Perform At Mohegan Sun Arena On May 23, 2015
Atlantic recording artist Ed Sheeran has announced details for his 2015 North American headlining tour. The cross country trek – produced and promoted by AEG Live & The Messina Group (TMG) – will kick off at Austin’s Frank Erwin Center on May 6th and includes stops at New York City’s Forest Hills Stadium and the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. The dates are part of Sheeran’s highly successful worldwide tour which culminates with three sold out nights at London’s Wembley Stadium.
Mohegan Sun Arena Adds 2nd Neil Diamond Concert
Iconic Grammy Award-winning Rock and Pop singer/songwriter, Neil Diamond, will be playing a 2nd Mohegan Sun Arena show on Saturday, March 28th. This 2nd show has been added due to popular demand as Diamond’s performance set for March 13th has sold out. The concert is scheduled for 8:00pm.
Tickets are $95.00 and $75.00 and go on sale Monday, February 16th through Ticketmaster at 10:00am. Ticketmaster customers may log on to ticketmaster.com; call Ticketmaster’s national toll free Charge By Phone number 1.800.745.3000; or visit any Ticketmaster outlet. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting Tuesday, February 17th, subject to availability. Tickets for this performance will also be on sale at Live Nation and through the Live Nation mobile app, beginning February 16th.
Ricky Martin Announces North American Dates For One World Tour
GRAMMY® Award-winner and music superstar, Ricky Martin, announced the North American dates for his ONE WORLD TOUR in support of his brand new album, A Quien Quiera Escuchar, set for release tomorrow, February 10th. The 20-date tour, promoted exclusively by Live Nation, will take the acclaimed entertainer to cities throughout the U.S. and Canada starting on September, 15th in Las Vegas, Nevada and heads to Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT for a Saturday, October 18th concert, set for 7:30pm.

National industry trade publications, Pollstar Magazine, Billboard Magazine and Venues Today recently released their 2014 Year End Special issues, which reports the top selling tours and top venues across the globe, and all have ranked Mohegan Sun Arena among the top concert venues in the world. With one of the most successful years it’s seen, Mohegan Sun Arena sold nearly half-a-million concert tickets in 2014, making the venue the 26th ranked concert stop worldwide and 8th nationally for all size venues. Beating last year’s Pollstar finish of #52 worldwide and #23 nationally.
