Mohegan Sun Arena show already features special guest Ingrid Andress
Keith Urban’s The Speed of Now World Tour shifted into overdrive with news that Tyler Hubbard, lead singer of the multi-platinum-selling, record-breaking duo Florida Georgia Line, will join Urban’s fall lineup that already includes three-time Grammy nominee Ingrid Andress. Keith Urban takes the stage with special guests Ingrid Andress and Tyler Hubbard at 7:00pm on Friday, October 21st at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Tickets are $129.50, $99.50, and $79.50 and are on sale now at ticketmaster.com and the Mohegan Sun Box Office, subject to availability.
Urban’s shows feature many of his 24 No. 1 hits, some not played in years, as well as new songs never performed live. In addition, Urban’s set list includes his latest single “Brown Eyes Baby,” as well as songs reworked specifically for the tour.
Hubbard brings his trademark high-energy performance style to the tour, as well as songs from an upcoming new album. The project’s first single, “5 Foot 9” has more than 40 million global streams and is quickly moving up the charts. The second track from the project, “35’s” has more than 1 million global streams. Hubbard’s next song “Way Home” will be released on Friday, July 15th.
“I’ve been writing and recording a lot of new music for my first solo album, songs that are made to be played live,” Hubbard said. “I am so excited to be joining Keith (Urban) on his fall tour and can’t wait to play them for the first time for fans across the country.”

Tickets on sale Friday, July 22nd
Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will kick off their 2023 international tour with 31 performances across the U.S., including a stop in Uncasville, Connecticut, before heading to Europe. Springsteen and The E Street Band will perform for one night only at Mohegan Sun Arena at 7:30pm on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
The shows will mark Springsteen and The E Street Band’s first tour dates since February 2017, and their first in North America since September 2016.
The tour will be using Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan platform for tickets sold via Ticketmaster. Fans can register for Ticketmaster Verified Fan starting now through Sunday, July 17, for the chance to buy tickets. All registrants who are verified will be equally eligible to receive a unique access code for the Verified Fan Onsale. Registering does not guarantee you will receive a code or have the ability to purchase tickets.

The milestone coincides with the start of the 25th anniversary of Hot Summer Fun
Mohegan Sun Arena celebrated the kickoff of Hot Summer Fun – the start of more than 250 live entertainment events in honor of Hot Summer Fun’s 25th Anniversary this summer – by reaching an incredible milestone of 14 million total guests in the Arena’s history since first opening in 2001.
Friday’s New Kids on the Block Mixtape Tour with En Vogue, Salt-N-Pepa, and Rick Astley isthe first of back-to-back sold-out shows in Mohegan Sun Arena this weekend and was the show that put the Arena across the 14-million mark. Tom Cantone, President of Sports Entertainment for Mohegan, celebrated the historic milestone with New Kids on the Block members Donnie Wahlberg, Joey McIntyre, Jonathan Knight, Jordan Knight, and Danny Wood before their sold-out show that evening.
“Every million milestone is a tribute to the men and women who run the Arena and is the reason why so many artists want to come here and even start their tours here,” said Tom Cantone, President of Sports and Entertainment for Mohegan.
Mohegan Sun Arena has hosted more than 14 million guests since opening in 2001, and in this span, 27 major tours have started their tours at Mohegan Sun Arena. In all, Mohegan Sun Arena has been home to more than 3,500 paid events and counting in its history so far.
“It’s a major achievement to surpass 14 million guests in what has become one of the busiest and most popular arenas in the world,” said Jeff Hamilton, President and General Manager of Mohegan Sun. “From the Gatti-Ward ‘Fight of the Century’ to 20 years of action-packed CT Sun games, unforgettable sold-out performances by the likes of Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Beyoncé, and so many more, our entertainment team continually knocks it out of the park.”
While concerts and major tours often headline the Arena, Mohegan Sun Arena has hosted major sporting events like college and professional basketball, championship boxing, MMA and WWE, professional lacrosse, tennis, billiards, and bowling.
In 2003, Mohegan Sun made headlines as the first non-NBA owner of a WNBA team with the acquisition of the Connecticut Sun. The Sun, who are celebrating their 20th franchise anniversary this season, first made their debut at Mohegan Sun Arena in May 2003, and have since had the honor of hosting events like the WNBA draft, All-Star games, and WNBA Finals games.

Mohegan Sun Arena hosted its first live event on October 21, 2001 – an NBA preseason basketball match-up between the Boston Celtics and the Washington Wizards which featured Michael Jordan competing on the floor as a Wizard. A few weeks later, Tim McGraw took the stage as the first-ever concert at Mohegan Sun Arena.

Two weeks later, enjoy the tropical vibes with a hint of country funkiness when Parrot Beach rocks the patio set to all the Jimmy Buffett classics on Friday, June 15th. August turns up the heat as 7800 Fahrenheit takes the stage as a tribute to Bon Jovi on August 19th with classics such as “Livin’on a Prayer”, “You Give Love a Bad Name”, and more. The BStreetBand closes out the series Friday, September 2nd with the sounds of Bruce Springsteen. Montell Jordan, All-4-One, Rob Base, Color Me Badd, and Young MC to perform on Sunday, September 25th
SiriusXM’s 90s on 9 Presents Universal Attractions’ The I Love The 90s Tour featuring Montell Jordan, All-4-One, Rob Base, Color Me Badd, and Young MC will all take the stage for a night of nostalgia, Hip-Hop and R&B at 7:00pm on Sunday, September 25th at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Tickets are $35 and $25 and go on sale Friday, June 24th at 10:00am via ticketmaster.com. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning Saturday, June 25th, subject to availability.
About Montell Jordan
When Montell Jordan first started out, his style was undefined, as he borrowed from the musical qualities of Michael Jackson, Prince, Lionel Richie, and the like. Knowing he had to develop his own style – to sound like somebody who didn’t exist yet – Jordan started sampling Blues records, singing melodies and writing Rap lyrics in a “straight-outta Los Angeles” way, eventually combining these features with his earlier influences to create a sound that would define him. Little did he know, he would become the pioneer of the type of combined Rap/R&B ballads heavily taking over the charts today.
Jordan took over the charts in 1995 with singles like “This Is How We Do It,” “Somethin 4 Da Honeyz,” “I Like,” and “Let’s Ride” featuring Master P and Silkk the Shocker. Not only was he gifted vocally, but he was a producer and writer penning tracks for other notable artists including Deborah Cox’s 1998 No. 2 Billboard single “Nobody’s Supposed To Be Here,” Sisqó’s 2000 No. 1 Hit “Incomplete” and many more.

Celebrating their 29th anniversary this year, All-4-One continues to tour the world as the original members with a collection of hit songs under their belt. The Grammy Award-winning group All-4-One is internationally known for making beautiful love songs that not only chart radio airwaves, but also garner countless awards.
All-4-One’s very first single “So Much in Love,” scaled to RIAA Gold Sales and Top 5 Pop status. The California-based quartet soon marked their place in the industry as premier balladeers. About Rob Base
Rob Base hails from Harlem, New York. He first began with various groups such as Sure Shot Seven, Cosmic 3 MC’s, and Freedom Force. He and partner DJ EZ Rock (whom he has known since the fourth grade) would eventually separate from the groups to form Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock. Their first single “DJ Interview” came out on Mike and Dave’s label Star Maker’s Records in 1986. World to World Records would produce their second single “Make It Hot” in 1987. Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock’s music began to gain momentum and they would receive a distribution deal with Profile Records by 1988.
In 1988, Profile Records released Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock’s debut album It Takes Two. The title track became a massive single. The single and the album were certified Platinum by the RIAA on June 12, 1989, and December 28, 1989, respectively, and produced three top 10 hits. The single earned “Single of the Year” honors from both Spin Magazine and The Village Voice. Additional singles such as “Get on the Dance Floor” (which reached No. 1 on the Dance Club charts) and “Joy and Pain” continued to help push the album to multi-platinum status. In 1989, Rob Base dropped a solo release album The Incredible Base, which went Gold and included a number of hits such as “Turn It Out (Go Base)” and “Get Up and Have A Good Time.” In the last 30 years, Rob Base has continued to make his mark in the Hip-Hop and Freestyle worlds.

Color Me Badd is one of the top R&B vocal groups of all time. The group has sold 12 million records in the U.S., and the group is well-known in Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, the U.K. and New Zealand. Their debut album C.M.B. sold more than 6 million copies worldwide and became certified Triple Platinum in the U.S. They have three No. 1 singles and 17 Top 20 singles.

About Young MC
Rapper Marvin Young grew up middle class and earned a degree in economics from the University of Southern California, where he met Michael Ross and Matt Dike, cofounders of the fledgling Delicious Vinyl rap label. Young made his debut as Young MC on the single “I Let ‘Em Know.” In 1989, Young collaborated with Tone-Loc on “Wild Thing,” the first Top Ten Pop hit for a Black rapper and the follow up smash “Funky Cold Medina.”
Young stepped out on his own later in the year with the Top Ten smash “Bust a Move,” a good-natured examination of romantic successes and failures spiced by his sense of humor and quick tongued rapping. The song won a Grammy for “Best Rap Performance” and its strong Pop appeal helped the associated album Stone Cold Rhymin’ go Platinum. The follow up “Principal’s Office” was a humorous, everyday high school tale resembling a Chuck Berry plot and also climbed into the Top 40.

Guests must be 21 years of age to enter the Wolf Den. Guests may line up no sooner than three hours before the show. Come early, limited seating is available on a first come – first served basis. One person can hold four spots in line, but seats will only be given to those present at the time of seating.
Mohegan Sun’s Party on the Patio is the best spot for over-21 fun every Friday night from 7:00pm to 11:00pm. The Summer Entrance will transform into a space where guests can enjoy drink specials like $5 beer and Grey Goose cocktails, fire pits, food trucks, and so much more while listening to some of the best tribute bands around.
All guests must be 21 or older and have a valid ID. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, feel free to bring your own chairs! Guests are not permitted to bring coolers or outside food/beverages. Bands and food trucks subject to change.

In light of Justin’s ongoing recovery, the remaining U.S. Justice Tour shows scheduled for June and early July, including his performance at Mohegan Sun Arena scheduled for Saturday, June 18th, is postponed. Justin continues to receive the best medical care possible, is upbeat about his recovery, and is looking forward to getting back out on the road and performing for his fans overseas later this summer.
