UNCASVILLE, CT (June 10, 2024) – On Sunday, June 9th, Mohegan Sun Arena celebrated another milestone. A sold-out show with legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Stevie Nicks marked 3,000 Arena events since opening the award-winning 10,000-seat venue in October 2001. As part of this celebration, Mohegan Sun selected two lucky concert goers for a special upgraded prize package!

Over its 23-year history, Mohegan Sun Arena has hosted entertainment powerhouses Bruce Springsteen, Matt Rife, Billy Joel, Bruno Mars, Beyoncé, Pink, Bon Jovi, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, Thomas Rhett, and many more. Top comedians including Chris Rock, Kevin Hart, Kevin James, and Sebastian Maniscalco have also graced the stage. The Arena will also present a three-night run beginning August 16th starring popular actor and comic Shane Gillis and continue to host the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun. General on sale begins April 19th
UNCASVILLE, CT (April 16, 2024) – Today, Emmy and Grammy-nominated comedian and Mark Twain award recipient Kevin Hart announced his new 2024 Acting My Age stand-up comedy tour is coming to the Mohegan Sun Arena stage on Friday, July 19th at 8:00pm.
Tickets will be available starting with presales on Wednesday, April 17th. The general on sale will begin Friday, April 19th at 10:00am via Ticketmaster.com. Subject to availability, fans of Hart can purchase tickets at the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting on Saturday, April 20th.
Emmy & Grammy nominated Kevin Hart was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he launched his career as a comedian during an amateur night at a local comedy club. Over the years Hart has become Hollywood’s box office powerhouse, opening eleven films at number one at the box office and grossing more than in $4.23 billion global revenue. This year, Kevin received the Kennedy Center’s annual Mark Twain Prize for American Comedy, he was the 25th recipient and the youngest honoree to date.

Upon arrival at Mohegan Sun Arena, all phones, smart watches, and electronic accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the Arena. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.
Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

Ranking amongst top concert venues in the world with major U.S. tours, sellouts and national awards
UNCASVILLE, CT (December 11, 2017) – Mohegan Sun Arena recorded yet another successful year of A-list national tours and national awards in 2017. Two major awards were “Prime Site” and “Casino of the Year,” bringing the total to 15 national awards for the Arena over nine years. Named in Connecticut Magazine as “Best of Connecticut 2017” for large entertainment venue, Mohegan Sun Arena continues to be one of the busiest venues in the world, and surpassed 11 million guests this year as well.
“I am blessed to have so many talented people who help put our entertainment brand on the world stage – they are the reason we have a world-class venue sitting right in our backyard,” said Tom Cantone, Sr. VP of Sports and Entertainment.
Along with recognitions, 2017 brought in multiple Grammy winners, Billboard chart toppers and Top Hot 100 artists with a record of 39 sellouts, as well as two major sport franchises, CT Sun and Black Wolves Lacrosse who both made the playoffs, filling in some of 165 dates drawing some 800,000 fans.
Among the celebrated artists and bands in 2017, one of the hottest tours includes Lady Gaga’s, “Joanne World Tour” which hit

The Irresponsible Tour live on Saturday, December 30th
UNCASVILLE, CT (October 16, 2017) – Kevin Hart, one of the top comedians, entertainers, authors and businessmen in the industry today, is set to bring The Irresponsible Tour for a stand-up live performance on Saturday, December 30th at 8:00pm at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Tickets are $159.00, $129.00, $99.00 and $79.00 and go on sale Friday, October 20th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. After an electrifying performance at amateur night in a Philadelphia comedy club, Kevin quit his shoe salesman job and began performing full time at venues such as The Boston Comedy Club, Carolines, Stand-Up NY, The Laugh Factory, and The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. However, it was his first appearance at the Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival that led Kevin into roles in feature films.
2017 has already been a banner year for Hart, his memoir I Can’t Make This Up: Life Lessons debuted at #1 on the New York Times Bestseller list and has remained on the list for nine consecutive weeks. The book also topped records on the Audible platform, selling over 100,000 copies in the first five weeks. Earlier in the year Hart voiced a title character in Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie. To close 2017, Kevin will appear in the Sony reboot of the classic film Jumanji alongside Dwayne Johnson and Jack Black. In March of 2018, Kevin will star alongside Bryan Cranston and Nicole Kidman in his first dramatic role in the Untouchables. Hart will soon begin shooting the Feature Comedy Night School for Universal, a film in which he co-wrote under the Hartbeat production banner and will also star in. The LAMP tour was so successful, it catapulted Hart to 2011’s number one comedian on Ticketmaster, and in February, 2011, he sold out the Nokia Theater for two nights in a row, breaking the record previously set by Eddie Murphy.
