Mohegan Sun Arena to welcome the tour this September; New track and lyric video for “Hunger” Released Today; Band launches behind-the-scenes of Beneath The Skin weekly video series; Highly anticipated sophomore album Beneath The Skin out June 9th
UNCASVILLE, CT (May 27, 2015) – OF MONSTERS AND MEN officially announce dates for their upcoming North American headline tour in support of their highly anticipated sophomore album, Beneath The Skin [Republic Records], out June 9th.
This tour kicks off August 5th in Calgary, Alberta Canada and plays major markets across the continent and concludes October 17 in San Diego, CA. Mohegan Sun Arena will welcome the band for a Saturday, September 26th concert, beginning at 7:30pm and will feature special guests, Highasakite

On “Hunger” Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir recalls: “The first idea for “Hunger” came on our last tour. I was always playing this one verse again and again on the bus, obsessing over it. Some songs kind of do that to you. In addition, as fans await the arrival of Beneath The Skin, the multi-platinum Icelandic group have created a series of intimate behind-the-scene vignettes following the making of the record. Rock bands to play Mohegan Sun Arena on July 30th
UNCASVILLE, CT (May 11, 2015) – 3 Doors Down has announced the band’s summer touring plans will feature a joint run with Seether for more than a dozen dates. Mohegan Sun Arena welcomes the Rock tour for a Thursday, July 30th concert, set for 7:30pm. Prior to the tour, the band will be in the studio recording a new album with multi-platinum hit record producer Matt Wallace. 3 Doors Down singer Brad Arnold shares, “We’re excited to be heading in to the studio with Matt to make a new 3 Doors Down record! We can’t wait to get some of these new songs we’ve been playing live put to tape. This is shaping up to be our best album yet!”

The two elite combatants headline the newly announced “Bellator MMA: Lima vs. Koreshkov” event, which airs live and free on Spike at 9:00pm.

The 27-year-old Lima is a Brazilian-born athlete who now makes his home in Atlanta. Fighting under the Bellator MMA banner since 2011, Lima is an impressive 8-1 in the promotion and an incredible 14-1 in his past 15 overall appearances. Lima earned his way to the Bellator MMA Welterweight World Title with an eight-man tournament victory that included knockout wins over Ben Saunders, Bryan Baker and Michail Tsarev. Lima then claimed the title with an April 2014 knockout win over Rick Hawn. Overall, Lima boasts five consecutive knockout victories and now looks to defend his belt for the first time.
Koreshkov is also fresh off an eight-man tournament win, claiming a decision victory over Adam McDonough after previously registering knockouts of Justin Baesman and Nah-Shon Burrell. The 24-year-old Koreshkov is a Russian national medalist in both pankration and hand-to-hand combat and has lost just once in 18 professional MMA appearances. He owns 10 wins by knockouts and three by submission and also owns a 2012 victory over former Bellator MMA Welterweight World Champion Lyman Good.
Expect fireworks when Lima and Koreshkov collide.
