UNCASVILLE, CT (April 10, 2017) – With a second Gillette Stadium show added and close to sold-out, the hunger for that live Kenny Chesney summer experience is pronounced. Though there’s a handful of festival plays on the calendar for this year, Chesney announces four more intimate shows to round out his 2017 live schedule: Tuscaloosa Amphitheater on August 4th and The Wharf Amphitheatre in Orange Beach, AL on August 5th, followed by two nights at Mohegan Sun Arena on Thursday, August 10th and Friday, August 11th. Both Mohegan Sun shows are presented by Blue Chair Bay Rum and will begin at 7:30pm.

“As long as we’re rehearsing and I’ve got new music in the pipeline, I can’t imagine not playing a little bit,” says Chesney. “I know that it takes time off to create and make records… to write and find songs like “American Kids” and “Noise,” but that doesn’t mean I don’t miss the fans. UNCASVILLE, CT (April 7, 2017) – Get ready for all-day finger-lickin’ fun at Sun BBQFest! On June 3rd and 4th, taste the flavors of the best barbeque around with festivities featuring live music, a beer garden and Tito’s RV, barbeque battles, local vendors, food trucks, fireworks and so much more.

Joining Mohegan Sun in 1997, and prior to that, being a Senior Accountant for The Mohegan Tribe, Don Sikorski brings 20 years of valuable business, management and retail operations skills and experience to his newly promoted role in overseeing the 225,000 square-foot, Shops at Mohegan Sun. In addition to the many responsibilities that come along with such a vast, high revenue generating area, Sikorski will also be largely involved in the direction & strategic planning for all future retail and tenant opportunities at Mohegan Sun.

Lynn Agnello joins the Mohegan Sun corporate team by way of Phoenix, Arizona, where she most recently represented radio sales across the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL, as Network Audio Sales Manager for Skyview Networks.
