李克勤曾多次獲得包括無線電視、香港電台、新城電台、商業電台、CCTV等眾多媒體和音樂排行榜頒發的「最受歡迎男歌手」，並在香港、美國、加拿大、新加坡、中國大陸等地舉辦了近百場演唱會．
於一九八五年參加香港之「十九區業餘歌唱大賽」贏取冠軍後，李克勤瞬即被寶麗金唱片公司力邀簽約成為旗下歌星，進軍樂壇，首張唱片已獲得大眾及樂評人之好評。 於一九八九年，簽約藝能形像有限公司成為其經理人，而他的國際歌迷會於同年成立。

近年，克勤的歌唱事業更上一層樓，除於2001年及2002年舉行 「港樂˙克勤Live」及「李克勤情情塔塔演唱會」獲得好評及賣座非常外，更連續獲得2003、2004及2005年度的無線電視台勁歌金曲的「最受歡迎男歌星」獎項，足以證明克勤的受歡迎程度。他更連續於2003至2005期間與譚詠麟在香港合作舉行了共三次 「左麟右李演唱會」及無數個國內和海外演唱會，克勤更是在2002至2008當中五年農曆新年黃金期的紅磡體育館的演唱會舉行者 (2002個人演唱會、2003及2004左麟右李演唱會、2006及2008個人演唱會)，可算是一個紀錄。

Mohegan Sun introduced its first ever Restaurant Week this past summer; coming this January, the deals are back! From January 8th through the 13th, several restaurants at Mohegan Sun will be offering a 20% discount including: Seasons Buffet, Birches Bar & Grill, Todd English’s Tuscany, Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain and Bobby’s Burger Palace. (Discount is applied to food purchase only.)
In addition, several other restaurants at Mohegan Sun will be offering select specials including:
Big Bubba’s BBQ is set to offer an all-you-can eat special for $25.00 Monday through Friday (January 9th – 13th). This includes a House Salad, Chicken & Ribs with Cornbread and a choice of two sides. Big Bubba’s BBQ is open from 11:30am – 10:00pm on Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday hours are from 11:30am – Midnight.
At Lucky’s Lounge and The Dubliner, three course lunch specials will be offered from a separate menu that will also include a choice of soda, coffee or tea. This lunch special is priced at $15.00 and cannot be combined with any other offers. Guests can take advantage of this offer from 11:30am to 4:00pm during Restaurant Week. At Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, guests can get a double dozen doughnuts and two small Signature House Blend coffees for $14.99. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
And finally, Jasper White’s Summer Shack will be offering a Restaurant Week tasting menu all for $25.00. It will include Cherrystone Ceviche (two shells, crushed ice, lemon and lime zest). Julianne Salad with Pears and three Fritters consisting of Endive, Romaine lettuce, Purple Cabbage, Lemony Vinaigrette dressing, Corn Fritter, ½ Crab Cake rolled into a cylinder and one top Lobster Fritter. Legendary entertainers headline Mohegan Sun Arena on February 24th
Glen Campbell and Ronnie Milsap, two legendary entertainers who have been selling out arenas over the past fifty years, will headline an evening featuring their greatest hits on Friday, February 24th at 8:00pm.
Tickets are $30.00 and go on sale Monday, December 12th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Ghost On The Canvas, which was released earlier this year on the Sundog Records’ label, is Glen’s current album. The song choices trace the arc of Glen’s 75 year history, in the forms of allusions from some of his greatest hits and life experiences. Glen has said it will be his final album. During his 45 years in show business, Glen has released more than 70 albums. He has sold 45 million records and racked up 12 RIAA Gold albums, 4 Platinum albums and 1 Double-Platinum album. Of his 75 trips up the charts, 27 landed in the Top 10.
Since his troubled childhood days in Appalachia, Milsap has been drawn to the simple and plaintive sounds of Country. Mohegan Sun is very pleased to announce that Dave Martinelli has been promoted to VP of Customer Relationship Management. This new position will drive synergies between Marketing Analysis, CRM, Revenue Management, VIP Services and Database Marketing.
Martinelli started out with Mohegan Sun in the Budgets department in the spring of 1999 after finishing his undergrad degree at Brown University. He was soon after promoted to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, where he served for four years. His career then took another big jump when he became the Business Manager for the Connecticut Sun WNBA team for one year. The very next transition came in the form of Director of Business Operations for Sports & Entertainment where he resided for four years. And before this current promotion, Martinelli served as the Director of Marketing Analysis.
Martinelli brings diverse experience, dedicated work ethic and strong leadership capabilities to Customer Relationship Management. He grew up in North Providence and currently resides in Coventry, Rhode Island with his wife Kerry and two sons, David and Daniel.

Seasonal festivities will include a 24-foot gingerbread house, holiday décor and a tree lighting ceremony
Mohegan Sun’s annual World of Holiday Marvels returns to bring holiday cheer, festivities and an array of entertainment to guests on Thursday, December 1st.
Mohegan Sun will kick off the holiday festivities at 6:00pm on The Shops concourse stage with a DJ spinning all the classic holiday tunes, ballerina dancers and a display of indoor pyrotechnics.
At 7:00pm, the sixth annual tree lighting ceremony will begin outside of Todd English’s Tuscany. Guests will be greeted with a few words from Mohegan Sun executives. Throughout The Shops at Mohegan Sun, they can enjoy the festivities as the celebration will be broadcast on large screens throughout the concourse.
Mohegan Sun’s holiday mainstay returns to The Shops at Mohegan Sun in the form of a 24-foot life-size gingerbread house. Created by Executive Pastry Chef Lynn Mansel and Mohegan Sun’s culinary team, this year’s house incorporates approximately 6,525 gingerbread bricks, four 7-foot soldiers made out of milk chocolate and Rice Krispies®, man-made icing, and white, dark and milk chocolate.
Visitors of all ages can walk through the house to view the tiny rooms inside filled with a standout stone fireplace made from gingerbread and dark icing grout, chocolate stockings, a holiday tree, a chocolate rocking chair and a chocolate glass with assorted cookies for Santa to enjoy. Topping off the house is a cupola and weathervane with four chocolate chefs.
From 6:00pm – 9:00pm, complimentary Cider, Hot Chocolate and Holiday Cookies will be available at the gingerbread house as well as a special photo opportunity with Santa for the children. Guests can drop off unwrapped presents to be donated to the Marine Toys for Tots or choose to make a 10.00 monetary donation from 5:00pm 9:00pm. Once they have shared, guests can celebrate their donation by snapping a family photo with the festive life-size Nutcrackers located in the Spring Gateway.
Throughout the property, Mohegan Sun has set up a variety of holiday decorations. Casino of the Earth features ornaments and illuminated wreaths measuring over ten feet tall. The Shops at Mohegan Sun will bring the picturesque New England winter indoors with oversized snow flurries, a giant wreath, custom-designed snowflakes suspended over iceberg islands and life-size nutcracker statues.

Actors to take part in exclusive signing on December 2nd as part of Diva Fridays Celebration
WHAT: Mohegan Sun Signings & Sightings is thrilled to welcome Bronson Pelletier & Charlie Bewley, two of the stars from the Twilight saga for a special signing event in The Shops at Mohegan Sun. The actors will be greeting fans and signing autographs at 8:00pm and will also make a special appearance at the Diva Fridays dance party on the Patio of Todd English’s Tuscany on December 2nd.

ABOUT BRONSON: Bronson Pelletier is of Cree Métis descent and is originally from Vancouver, Canada. One of his big acting breaks came on the Canadian TV series, Renegadepress.com where he played the character Jack Sinclair from 2002-2008. Bronson is best known for playing the shape-shifting Quileute teen Jared in the popular vampire saga, Twilight.
ABOUT CHARLIE: Charlie Bewley made his major motion picture debut as the Volturi vampire “Demetri” in The Twilight Saga: New Moon followed by Eclipse and appears in both parts of the forthcoming Breaking Dawn films. Bewley also co-stars in the critically acclaimed Sundance Grand Jury winner Like Crazy, an improvised piece which tells the captivating story of a British college student who falls for an American whilst studying abroad – a romance wrenched by separation when she’s banned from the U.S. Bewley also has a key lead in the Russian/US collaboration Soldiers of Fortune as well as voicing the charter of a dingo in the forthcoming animated feature Outback. Additionally, he plays lead in the independent film Ecstasy, which explores the effects of addiction to a mysterious party drug.

Legendary performer to headline Mohegan Sun Arena on June 16th
Rock and Pop icon Neil Diamond, a 2011 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee and 2011 Kennedy Center Honoree, will take his greatest hits on the road on a much-anticipated North American tour in 2012 and will make a stop at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, June 16th at 8:00pm.
