UNCASVILLE, CT (December 2, 2021) – The 18th Annual Sun Wine & Food Fest (SWFF) is switching up the wine fest game with two new events: A Night with Toms’ Good Lovin’ and the GAME DAY BRUNCH hosted by Buddy Valastro with special guest Victor Cruz. The added excitement begins on Friday, January 28th. Tickets to all events are on sale now via ticketmaster.com and the Mohegan Sun Box Office, subject to availability. Prices may be subject to increase if purchased the day of the event.
A Night Of Toms’ Good Lovin’
Friday night at Sun Wine & Food Fest features Mohegan Sun’s ultra-lounge novelle for A Night of Tom’s Good Lovin’ with Tom Sandoval & Tom Schwartz! The dynamic duo returns to SWFF with their own event! Join the pair for a mixology experience highlighting their new whiskey: Toms’ Good Lovin’. The event also includes complimentary cocktails.

Four-time Grammy Award winner Keith Urban will kick off his first world tour in four years next summer. The Speed of Now World Tour’s newly announced North American leg will feature three-time Grammy nominee Ingrid Andress, and makes a stop at Mohegan Sun Arena at 7:00pm on Friday, October 21, 2022.
Tickets are $129.50, $99.50, and $79.50 and go on sale Friday, December 10th at 10:00am via ticketmaster.com. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning Saturday, December 11th, subject to availability.
“Every night is the first time we’ve played these songs for that audience, in that moment,” says Urban. “It’s why every show is different – spontaneous and unpredictable – even for us!” He adds, “After two years we’re finally gonna get the chance to play some of the new songs we haven’t done live before. We’ll throw in a bunch of the songs that everyone comes to hear, a couple of which we’ll rework a bit, and it’s really gonna be tough to get us off the stage.”
Critics from around the globe have hailed Urban’s concerts as ones “not to be missed,” as unpredictable as they are explosive. UNCASVILLE, CT (November 24, 2021) — Peacock and The Miss America Organization recently announced that this year’s historic event will air live on Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming service, on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at 8:00pm ET from the award-winning 10,000 seat Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
This year’s competition will return with a new and enhanced format allowing audiences to stream the event live across all time zones for the first time ever – so Miss America fans on the West Coast will be able to tune in at the same time as fans on the East Coast and find out who the 100th Anniversary Miss America winner is together in real time! The night will feature the Forever Miss Americas pre-show at 7:00pm ET followed by Peacock’s live competition show at 8:00pm ET.

For those who love to blast holiday music as soon as dinner ends on Thanksgiving up until the clock strikes Midnight on New Year’s Eve, live music at Mohegan Sun is the perfect way to celebrate the season.
There’s something magical about taking in a holiday show with family and friends during the most wonderful time of year. Mohegan Sun Arena is hosting six holiday shows throughout November and December. Tickets are available via ticketmaster.com and at the Mohegan Sun Box Office, subject to availability.
Upcoming holiday shows at Mohegan Sun Arena:
- Straight No Chaser – Straight No Chaser ushered in the modern A Cappella craze with their breakthrough version of “The 12 Days of Christmas” 12 years ago. The group’s return to in-person touring features tracks from its latest album, Social Christmasing, as well as a mix of brand-new arrangements and fan favorites. Straight No Chaser opens the holiday season at 8:00pm on Friday, November 26th at Mohegan Sun Arena.
- Trans-Siberian Orchestra – Join the famous Progressive Rock band as they celebrate the 25th anniversary of their iconic album Christmas Eve & Other Stories. TSO takes the stage for two shows at 3:00pm and 8:00pm on Sunday, November 28th.
- Pentatonix: The Evergreen Christmas Tour – The multi-platinum and Grammy Award winning A Cappella group is bringing the holiday spirit to Mohegan Sun Arena as they celebrate the quintet’s sixth holiday themed album, Evergreen. The Marine Corps League will be on-site outside Mohegan Sun Arena prior to the concert collecting new, unwrapped toys or monetary donations for the Toys for Tots organization. - A Marie Osmond Symphonic Christmas with special guests David Osmond and Daniel Emmet – Marie Osmond has spent five iconic decades in the entertainment business performing as a successful singer, television performer and talk show host, dancer, actor, author, entrepreneur and public speaker. She comes to Mohegan Sun for one night at 8:00pm on Wednesday, December 8th, to preview her upcoming symphonic album, Unexpected, which covers a multitude of genres like Opera, Broadway, and timeless classics, and drops just two days later on December 10th.
- Goose: Goosemas 2021 –Connecticut’s own Goose, based in Norwalk, CT, is the culmination of a rich history between friends of differing ages and experiences from the same small town in Connecticut, drawn together through a deep love of music and storytelling. Goosemas is the band’s eighth annual edition of its holiday tradition, which started as a basement party in a Norwalk music studio. Now, the jam band is set to headline its largest show to date. Don’t miss Goose’s first arena performance at 8:00pm on Saturday, December 18th.
- The Beach Boys: Holiday Harmonies (New Year’s Eve) – Close out the year with Mike Love and The Beach Boys as they celebrate the season with a mix of holiday classics from the band’s Christmas album, as well as songs from The Beach Boys’ co-founder and lead singer Mike Love’s holiday album, Reason for the Season. The all-new TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge gets the party started with a prix fixe meal of juicy roasted turkey with gochujang glaze and garlic pepper gravy, mushroom & ginger stuffing, butternut squash & asparagus dumplings, cranberry beurre blanc, and a mixed vegetable tempura with sesame honey sauce. The Thanksgiving meal at BALLO Italian Restaurant starts with a tasty Bruschetta of grilled sourdough, whipped ricotta cheese, grilled eggplant, crispy baby artichokes, golden raisin, roasted butternut squash and agrodolce. The entrée is your choice of either garganelli bolognese or a 10 oz. pan-seared duck breast served with parmesan polenta, roasted root vegetables, wild mushrooms and a chianti demi glaze.
Dessert is decadent caramel apple crème brûlée. BALLO Italian Restaurant is open Thanksgiving Day from 3:00pm – 10:00pm.
Michael Jordan’s Steak House is serving a three-course meal that starts with a colossal quinoa beet salad composed of goat cheese, shaved Brussels sprouts, and pomegranate dressing. The main course features a roasted turkey breast parmentier, turkey jus, sweet & sour cranberries, green bean casserole and stuffing. Dessert is refreshing banana chocolate bread pudding with coffee ice cream.
Over at MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill, families can start with a hearty Thanksgiving chowder full of turkey, mixed vegetables, potatoes, and dried cranberries. Dinner is a classic turkey dinner served with succulent roasted turkey, haricot verts, stuffing, gravy, smashed red bliss potatoes, and cranberry sauce. Dessert is a delicious banana chocolate bread pudding with coffee ice cream.
Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House also has great selections for a Thanksgiving meal. The main course is a sage-brined turkey, sausage potato stuffing, roasted root vegetables, sweet potato with pecan crumble, bacon dijon brussels sprouts, grappa cranberry sauce and giblet gravy.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 19th
Hailed as one of the “most important bands in music since the dawn of the Rock and Roll era,” Chicago – the legendary Rock and Roll band with horns – returns to Mohegan Sun Arena at 7:30pm on Saturday, May 7, 2022.
Tickets are $76, $46 and $36 and go on sale Friday, November 19th at 10:00am via ticketmaster.com. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning Saturday, November 20th subject to availability.
Chicago is the highest-charting American band in Billboard Magazine’s Top 125 Artists of All Time, and the first American Rock band to chart Top 40 albums in six consecutive decades. Chicago’s first album, Chicago Transit Authority, was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2014, and the legendary group was inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.
Chicago recently received The Recording Academy’s Lifetime Achievement Award from the Grammys. The Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates performers who have made outstanding contributions of artistic significance to the field of recording. A special award ceremony and tribute concert celebrating the honorees was held in 2020.
Robert Lamm and James Pankow became inductees of the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2017. These legendary songwriters wrote mega-hits such as, “25 or 6 to 4,” “Saturday In The Park,” “Feelin’ Stronger Every Day,” “Make Me Smile,” and many others.
The International Trombone Association presented its 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award to James Pankow. The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes people who have distinguished themselves by their contributions to the trombone profession over a long career.
Chicago’s other lifetime achievements include two Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, Founding Artists of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a Chicago street dedicated in their honor, and keys to and proclamations from an impressive list of U.S. cities. Record sales top the 100 million mark and include 21 Top 10 singles, five consecutive No. 1 albums, 11 No. 1 singles and five Gold singles. An incredible 25 of 37 albums have been certified platinum, and the band has a total of 47 gold and platinum awards.
From the signature sound of the Chicago horns, their iconic vocalists and a few dozen of ever-classic songs, Chicago’s concerts are celebrations, and 2022 will mark the band’s 55th consecutive year of touring.

The iconic Rock group performs at Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, November 28th at 3:00pm and 8:00pm
Multi-platinum, progressive Rock group Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) will bring its highly-anticipated Winter Tour back for 2021 to Mohegan Sun Arena on Sunday, November 28th. In commemoration of the three-time platinum album’s anniversary, TSO will offer concert tickets for $25 for 25 hours only on Thursday, November 4th at 9:00am through Friday, November 5th at 10:00am.
