UNCASVILLE, CT (May 12, 2025) –– RIAA-certified Gold and holiday favorites A Cappella group Straight No Chaser are back for another festive fall with their “Holiday Road Tour.” Straight No Chaser will be sharing the joy, “dad jokes,” and songs of the season with families around the country starting in October. The “Holiday Road Tour” (a nod to the theme song of cult classic film National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation) hits Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, December 6th. The 8:00pm show will deliver all of Straight No Chaser’s iconic hits.
Tickets to see the group go on sale Friday, May 16th at 10:00am via Ticketmaster.com. Straight No Chaser fans can also purchase tickets at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning on Saturday, May 17th, subject to availability.
The tour will coincide with the release of Holiday Road, Straight No Chaser’s first full length collection of holiday songs since 2020’s Social Christmasing. The group will reveal more details, including the full track listing, in the upcoming months.

Before getting in the holiday mood, Straight No Chaser is following up their totally fly 2024 summer tour packed full of 90s boy band, Pop, and R&B hits, with Straight No Chaser Summer: 90s Part 2. Featuring their own twist on 90s classics like Lisa Loeb’s “Stay (I Missed You),” “Everybody” by Backstreet Boys, “Linger” from The Cranberries, and Santana’s “Maria Maria,” Straight No Chaser brings audiences of all ages back to a simpler time, one unafraid of bright neons, loud prints, and cool boy bands.
The 90s Part 2 tour starts in July in Englewood, NJ and dances its way across the country through the first week of September, with O-Town as special guests on select dates. Straight No Chaser will then make a one-night-only appearance opening for the iconic Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons on September 6th at The Greek Theatre. Fall 2023 run of live shows stops at Mohegan Sun Arena December 8th
UNCASVILLE, CT (May 9, 2023) – RIAA-certified Gold A Cappella group Straight No Chaser today announced the “Sleighin’ It Tour,” their fall 2023 run of live shows. Ranked in the top 20 of Pollstar’s “Live 75” for tours at the end of 2022, Straight No Chaser’s annual fall tours have become part of family holiday traditions throughout the United States. Straight No Chaser stops at Mohegan Sun Arena on Friday, December 8th at 8:00pm.

Today, Straight No Chaser revealed the full track list from Yacht On The Rocks. Produced by Nicholas Niespodziani, singer, guitarist, and spiritual leader of Yacht Rock Revue, the album includes classics like “Escape (The Piña Colada Song),” “Sailing,” and “After The Love Has Gone,” as well as a guest appearance from David Paich from Toto on “Waves of Toto,” a medley of the iconic band’s greatest hits. Chart-topping A Capella group Straight No Chaser will celebrate their 25th anniversary in 2022 with a 62-date fall tour and their third PBS special airing nationwide starting in June. Straight No Chaser will take the stage at 7:30pm on Thursday, December 1st at Mohegan Sun Arena.

Formed during the 1996-1997 school year at Indiana University, A Capella group Straight No Chaser, which began as a “way to meet girls” according to group member Steve Morgan, eventually emerged at the forefront of the modern day A Capella movement and has since sold more than three million albums worldwide, garnered more than a billion streams, and sold more than 1.5 million concert tickets worldwide.
“When we started Straight No Chaser as college kids at Indiana University, we never imagined that 25 years later, we’d have two albums certified gold and tour dates around the world,” said group member Walter Chase. “What a ride it has been. It has literally been a dream come true.”
In commemoration of The 25th Anniversary Celebration, Straight No Chaser will release an exclusive NFT to mark the occasion. All details will be revealed in the coming days on Straight No Chaser’s site and social platforms.
Additionally, PBS stations nationwide will air “Straight No Chaser: The 25th Anniversary Celebration” this June. The concert, filmed at the Murat Theatre at Old National Center in Indianapolis in 2019 where the group has sold out 27 shows, features the nine group members performing classic like “Proud Mary,” “Lean on Me” and “Twistin,” as well as Pop mash-ups like “Uptown Funk/Thriller.”
This fall, Straight No Chaser will release a physical version of last year’s deluxe edition of Social Christmasing, which featured an original song “Christmas Show,” written by group member Mike Luginbill and “Celebrate Me Home,” in addition to the album’s original track list, which included their signature twist on Christmas classics like “Silver Bells” and “Frosty The Snowman,” five new original songs, and a hopeful take on the Counting Crows classic, “A Long December.”

For those who love to blast holiday music as soon as dinner ends on Thanksgiving up until the clock strikes Midnight on New Year’s Eve, live music at Mohegan Sun is the perfect way to celebrate the season.
There’s something magical about taking in a holiday show with family and friends during the most wonderful time of year. Upcoming holiday shows at Mohegan Sun Arena:
- Straight No Chaser – Straight No Chaser ushered in the modern A Cappella craze with their breakthrough version of “The 12 Days of Christmas” 12 years ago. The group’s return to in-person touring features tracks from its latest album, Social Christmasing, as well as a mix of brand-new arrangements and fan favorites. Straight No Chaser opens the holiday season at 8:00pm on Friday, November 26th at Mohegan Sun Arena.
- Trans-Siberian Orchestra – Join the famous Progressive Rock band as they celebrate the 25th anniversary of their iconic album Christmas Eve & Other Stories. TSO takes the stage for two shows at 3:00pm and 8:00pm on Sunday, November 28th.
- Pentatonix: The Evergreen Christmas Tour – The multi-platinum and Grammy Award winning A Cappella group is bringing the holiday spirit to Mohegan Sun Arena as they celebrate the quintet’s sixth holiday themed album, Evergreen. The Marine Corps League will be on-site outside Mohegan Sun Arena prior to the concert collecting new, unwrapped toys or monetary donations for the Toys for Tots organization. - A Marie Osmond Symphonic Christmas with special guests David Osmond and Daniel Emmet – Marie Osmond has spent five iconic decades in the entertainment business performing as a successful singer, television performer and talk show host, dancer, actor, author, entrepreneur and public speaker. She comes to Mohegan Sun for one night at 8:00pm on Wednesday, December 8th, to preview her upcoming symphonic album, Unexpected, which covers a multitude of genres like Opera, Broadway, and timeless classics, and drops just two days later on December 10th.
- Goose: Goosemas 2021 –Connecticut’s own Goose, based in Norwalk, CT, is the culmination of a rich history between friends of differing ages and experiences from the same small town in Connecticut, drawn together through a deep love of music and storytelling. Goosemas is the band’s eighth annual edition of its holiday tradition, which started as a basement party in a Norwalk music studio. Now, the jam band is set to headline its largest show to date. Don’t miss Goose’s first arena performance at 8:00pm on Saturday, December 18th.
- The Beach Boys: Holiday Harmonies (New Year’s Eve) – Close out the year with Mike Love and The Beach Boys as they celebrate the season with a mix of holiday classics from the band’s Christmas album, as well as songs from The Beach Boys’ co-founder and lead singer Mike Love’s holiday album, Reason for the Season. - Big Bad Voodoo Daddy’s Wild & Swingin’ Holiday Party – Big Bad Voodoo Daddy continues its decades long mission to celebrate and revitalize Jazz and Swing music, and is celebrating the season with Christmas favorites and originals. Performing in the Wolf Den at 8:00pm on Friday, December 17th.
- The Cartells – One of the most popular bands in Connecticut continues its tradition of taking over the Wolf Den on Christmas Eve and Christmas night for a spectacular holiday show. Performing in the Wolf Den at 8:00pm on Thursday, December 24th and Friday, December 25th.
