Mohegan Sun regrets to announce that Green Day has postponed their Mohegan Sun Arena show on Saturday, January 19th at 8:00pm and will be rescheduled at a later date.
The Saturday, January 19th performance at Mohegan Sun Arena is POSTPONED. A new rescheduled date is to be announced. Tickets for the Saturday, January 19th Mohegan Sun date will be honored at the rescheduled date. Refunds can be made at point of purchase.
Green Day also announced they would move up the release date of Green Day ¡Tré! to December 11, 2012 from its original date of January 15, 2013.
“We feel bad we have to delay our tour, so to make up for it we want to give our fans the music earlier than we had planned,” said Tré Cool. “If we couldn’t be there to play it for you live, the least we could do was give you the next best thing.”

Bowzer will return to Mohegan Sun to spin a great collection of hits from the 50s and 60s during his latest installment of Bowzer’s Ultimate Doo-Wop Party Volume XII in the Arena on Sunday, January 20th at 3:00pm.

Todd English’s Tuscany has a featured 3-course menu on Thanksgiving sure to satisfy any appetite. This special Thanksgiving meal will be $42.00 per person and feature three courses, starting with a choice of Classic Caesar Salad or Butternut Squash Soup with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds. The second course will be Roasted Turkey served with an Apple Sage Stuffing with accompaniments such as Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Whipped Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta, served family-style. Finish off your meal with Cheesecake with Apple and Cranberry or Cannoli.
Seasons Buffet will be featuring a wide assortment of both traditional and non-traditional fare throughout the day on Thanksgiving. 2013 North American Tour comes to Arena on February 22nd
Following the release of their best-selling new album, Overexposed, Grammy-winning recording artists Maroon 5 have announced details of their 2013 North American tour presented by Sony Xperia™ Smartphones. This past summer marked the debut of Maroon 5’s highly-anticipated fourth studio album, Overexposed. Recorded in Los Angeles, CA, the release is a rich, Pop-infused collection that Rolling Stone referred to as “their best yet” and People Magazine called “sweet Soul kissed Pop.” The release of the album quickly reinforced the group’s status as a powerhouse in popular music. This Veterans Day weekend, Network Connecticut hosts a day filled with fun, entertainment and more with all proceeds benefitting multiple veteran organizations
Uncasville, CT – This Veterans Day weekend, come honor the men and women who have served our country with a day filled with fun, entertainment and so much more as Network Connecticut hosts a special party at Mohegan Sun on Saturday, November 10th. The event, which will take place in the Uncas Ballroom from 11:00am to 5:00pm, will include live entertainment featuring Grammy-nominated Blues legend James Montgomery, Illusionist David Martin as seen on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, great food, boutiques, raffles and family fun.
“I’ve seen firsthand the power of people coming together and making a difference,” said Ann Nyberg, founder of NetworkConnecticut.com. “Celebrate Our Veterans at Mohegan Sun is a collaboration of many to make a difference in the lives of our veterans who scarified so much for our nation.”
Tickets are $20.00 per person and available for purchase at the doors to the event. Veterans and children under 14 are free. Guests who donate a suit at the event will also be given complimentary access. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Save a Suit organization and Operation: Music Aid.

Actress who plays Tara Thornton on the hit HBO series will be on hand meeting fans and signing autographs
WHAT: Fans of HBO’s hit series True Blood are in for a treat when Rutina Wesley takes part in a Signings & Sightings on Saturday, October 27th. The event starts at 9:00pm in The Shops at Mohegan Sun where fans can get free autographs and greet the star actress. Wesley will also be stopping by the Halloween Costume Party taking place on the patio of Todd English’s Tuscany later that night.

Multi-talented performer will rock the Arena on December 31st
Cyndi Lauper will make a special trip this New Year’s Eve to Mohegan Sun Arena as she brings in 2013 with a variety of her infectious chart-topping hits on Monday, December 31st at 7:30pm.

After more than 25 sterling years and global record sales in excess of 30 million, Lauper has proven that she has the heart and soul to keep her legion of fans compelled by her every creative move.
In the past five years, Lauper has released two diverse, Grammy-nominated and critically-acclaimed albums — 2008’s Bring Ya To Tha Brink (which featured two #1 Billboard Dance tracks) and 2010’s Memphis Blues (the top selling Blues album of 2010, #1 on the Billboard’s Blues Chart for 14 weeks).
The next year will prove to be another amazing period for this career artist as Lauper teams with Harvey Fierstein to bring the cult-favorite film Kinky Boots to life on Broadway.

The True Colors Fund was co-founded by Cyndi Lauper to inspire and engage everyone, especially straight people, to become active participants in the advancement of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality and to raise awareness about and bring an end to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth homelessness.
